What we love most about Zeffy is how simple, flexible, and intuitive it is! For the NANBPWC Southeast District, managing campaigns, event registrations, and member participation has become much easier. The ability to clone our previous campaigns is a tremendous time-saver, and making updates is quick and straightforward. We especially appreciate the customizable features that allow us to tailor campaigns to our organization's needs while maintaining a professional appearance. The platform is easy to navigate, even for members who may not be particularly tech-savvy. Most importantly, encouraging our members to embrace and use Zeffy has been a smooth process. Our experience with Zeffy has been overwhelmingly positive. As we continue expanding our use of the platform, we would welcome even more advanced reporting capabilities, additional customization options, and tools that make managing multiple campaigns even more efficient. The number one thing that puts Zeffy above everyone else is that they are FREE! Running a non-profit means we don't have the funds to constantly throw money away at transaction fees, but Zeffy solved that for us! We have saved thousands of dollars because of Zeffy and it's also nice that people still have the option to donate to Zeffy directly to help cover those costs whenever possible. Zeffy can, at times, be a bit limiting on what reports are available but I think that just comes with not knowing each specific organization's needs until it comes up. A place to ask for help directly and not a bot would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Overall, I’ve been very happy with Zeffy. The platform is easy to use, and the fact that there are no fees for nonprofits is a huge benefit.

My main concern is how the optional contributions to Zeffy are presented to donors. I don't think it's always clear enough that these contributions are optional and that donors can choose not to pay them. This can create confusion and potentially discourage donations.

Zeffy is pretty straightforward about what it can and cannot do. We've set up different types of events, raffles, and online shops with relative ease and minimal snafu's. Best of all, 100% of monies collected go directly to our organization. Our donors really appreciate that. Zeffy doesn't have all of the 'bell's and whistles' of some of the bigger fundraising platforms, but for our needs, it's perfect. None of those others have everything under one roof either which was so very frustrating, There is no bait and switch maneuvering with Zeffy. I wish sometimes that some of the campaign types were more customizable, with automated communications, but that's really about the only downside that I can see. Zeffy is extraordinarily user-friendly and makes donor management effortless. One of its best features is the built-in email tool. While Zeffy is fantastic overall, the Shop feature currently lacks detailed CSV export for product variants. For example, while you can see total item quantities (e.g., T-shirts sold), individual choices like sizes and colors are not easily downloadable in a single report. Zeffy has been an absolute game-changer for our organization! The platform is incredibly user-friendly, intuitive, and makes fundraising and event management so much easier. I love that Zeffy allows us to maximize our fundraising efforts without losing valuable dollars to processing fees. The fact that Zeffy is free to non-profits is amazing. I love using Zeffy for maintaining our contact list, event registrations, donations, emails, and newsletters. The many payment options for our users and fact that there are no platform fees makes it appealing for everyone. I especially love the reporting and statistics as well as the ease of checking people in at an event. The contacts function is wonderful and having the lists option is very helpful. I enjoy being able to create my own questions on forms to capture information we need/want. I like being able to manually add complimentary registrants or mailed payments when needed. I wish Zeffy was able to offer website hosting too. I feel limited in the design of an email or newsletter, but there are lots of templates and customer service is fast and helpful. Sometimes when I partner with other orgs, I want to revise the text at the top of the event receipt email to include their name too. Our organization manages many different activities, so we needed a platform that could help streamline everything in one place. Having to keep up with a lot, this platform made life easy for me as Accountant and Creator or Campaigns. From membership dues and raffle sales to fundraising campaigns, we needed a solution that could also maintain receipts and records for easy transfer to our accounting system. Zeffy has been the perfect fit for us. One of our favorite features is the ability for members to pay their dues online and instantly receive an electronic membership card. We also loved being able to run an entire raffle online and simply share a link or QR code through social media, which significantly reduced the time and effort typically required for fundraising. As an administrator, my favorite part is that we can manage multiple campaigns and initiatives, and each one takes very little time to set up. The ready-to-use templates are an absolute lifesaver and make the entire process simple and efficient. Let me just say I do NOT dislike Zeffy. The only thing I would ask if distributions can be weekly and I hate that raffles can't be pulled automatically although I understand why which is not a fault of Zeffy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a few areas where I’d like to see Zeffy improve. Campaign design options are limited, and I’d appreciate more flexibility to customize the layout and appearance.

The extra contribution prompt at checkout could also be clearer, especially in explaining that it is optional and supports Zeffy rather than our organization.

As a small non-profit mountain biking team with about 10 people officially on board, every single dollar matters. While the platform is an absolute game-changer because of its zero-fee model, the reporting and customization options for donor forms could be slightly more flexible. It would be great to have a bit more granular control over custom fields when managing specific team gear sizes or custom participant waivers during registration. However, these are minor learning curves compared to the massive financial benefit of saving on transaction fees, and their support team has always been helpful when we've had questions.
