What do you like best about Broadridge?

What do you dislike about Broadridge?

You can never get the same person to talk to so you have to regurgitate everything multiple times to get anywhere. The people who answer don't have the authority to actually do anything--they always need to 'escalate' the call to some other department. You are only a number and an account number to this company, no one I talked to took any initiative or tried to be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Broadridge solving and how is that benefiting you?

This company's bureaucracy makes the federal government bureaucracy look incredibly efficient. I spent over a year trying to get some stock shares sold for my father's estate. I sent documents via Fedex 3 separate times and each time they then sent a mail response saying there was yet another form that had to be filled out. Then I mistakenly put my social security number in a form so, instead of calling me, they just withheld money from the sale of the stock and 'sent it to the IRS' with NO EIN. Now it's my problem to get the money back from the IRS. I would NEVER deal with this company unless I was forced to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Broadridge is a great resource for up to date marketing information and materials. We currently like to use the quarterly market review and update which comes in a PDF format and also a video format. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Broadridge?

I really like the format in which Broadridge displays the quarterly market update information. You have the ability to insert your firm or advisor branding and information which can be downloaded on to the materials nicely each quarter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Broadridge?

Every now and then while I am waiting for the quarterly market update summary video to be available online, it can be a bit of an inconvenience to have to check back in and wait if it's not there. I have tried to set up the notifications so it can alert me once it is posted and available but it never does so I always have to check in and look for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Broadridge solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are publishing the quarterly market summary video and sharing it on our website and through email to clients. We are also utilizing the quarterly market reports within our client portal as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
