What do you like best about Zeffy?

As a new program within our first year of operation, Zeffy has been a Game Changer and I would recommend it to anyone. The platform and creating forms has been easy to use. Donors have also been happy with their donation documents and emails. We've been grateful for the fee structure. Customer support has been responsive and helpful in the initial set up. What do you like best about Zeffy?

I appreciate Zeffy for being cost-effective, which is particularly beneficial for a smaller nonprofit organization like ours that operates with limited extra funds. The ease of use, especially in setting up events from a mobile perspective, is incredibly helpful. I love the dashboard; it's user-friendly and allows me to quickly see how many tickets have been sold and how much money has been raised. This feature makes it easy to track event participation. The system is straightforward for setting up discount codes, which we've needed for some events. The no-cost access to the site has been advantageous as it keeps our operational expenses down while facilitating event management. Zeffy is an excellent solution for selling individual tickets due to its simplicity and efficiency in handling event ticketing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zeffy?

I have had issues with manipulating the tickets bought, as there is no way to assign purchased group tickets to individual names within the system. This limitation forces me to download the information into a spreadsheet to make changes, which could hinder electronic check-in because names aren't linked to tickets. Additionally, the system lacks the full functionality needed for managing large or complex events, limiting its usefulness beyond simpler or fewer events per year.
