What do you like best about Zeffy?

As a small non-profit organization with a small staff, we needed a better platform to receive donations and found Zeffy through an online search. I'm glad we found it! It is easy to use with just a little practice. It has a nice, clean look. The reports I can run to show donors and payouts are very easy and provide valuable information. The auto replies to donors are great and customizable. Of course, receiving 100% of our donations is wonderful. I haven't had time to try out the new things that Zeffy has added (that are announced in emails) so I know there is more that I'll be able to do in time. What do you dislike about Zeffy?

I know some donors are surprised by the fees automatically added at checkout, since not all donors are willing to cover the cost of processing their donation, but they are less concerned when they realize the fee can be adjusted even to zero. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zeffy?

I appreciate Zeffy for being cost-effective, which is particularly beneficial for a smaller nonprofit organization like ours that operates with limited extra funds. The ease of use, especially in setting up events from a mobile perspective, is incredibly helpful. I love the dashboard; it's user-friendly and allows me to quickly see how many tickets have been sold and how much money has been raised. This feature makes it easy to track event participation. The system is straightforward for setting up discount codes, which we've needed for some events. The no-cost access to the site has been advantageous as it keeps our operational expenses down while facilitating event management. Zeffy is an excellent solution for selling individual tickets due to its simplicity and efficiency in handling event ticketing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zeffy?

I have had issues with manipulating the tickets bought, as there is no way to assign purchased group tickets to individual names within the system. This limitation forces me to download the information into a spreadsheet to make changes, which could hinder electronic check-in because names aren't linked to tickets. Additionally, the system lacks the full functionality needed for managing large or complex events, limiting its usefulness beyond simpler or fewer events per year.
