I appreciate Zeffy for being cost-effective, which is particularly beneficial for a smaller nonprofit organization like ours that operates with limited extra funds. I have had issues with manipulating the tickets bought, as there is no way to assign purchased group tickets to individual names within the system. This limitation forces me to download the information into a spreadsheet to make changes, which could hinder electronic check-in because names aren't linked to tickets. Additionally, the system lacks the full functionality needed for managing large or complex events, limiting its usefulness beyond simpler or fewer events per year.
