I like how easy Zeffy is to use. It seems really easy for the end user purchasing things. I appreciate how easy it is to track payments made and track ticket types sold. It's perfect because it shows exactly how many of each type are sold and sends the money to us every week as soon as it's collected. We had some issues when we first started using Zeffy. Some of our packages are kind of expensive, and we suddenly lost the ability for people to use a credit card to make purchases because people weren't donating enough to cover those fees, which I understand. It wasn't clear to me at first how to track that or how to encourage people to do more. It kind of ended abruptly, and I didn't realize it was going to happen. I use Zeffy for online donations and fundraising ticketing. It saved us a significant amount of money last year, specifically $12,000 in credit card fees. I find the platform relatively easy to use with not a difficult learning curve and the setup is pretty easy. These aspects cut down the time of putting events up on our website. It would have been helpful to know that if our donors didn't choose to donate to Zeffy at a certain level, it would reduce our ability to accept payments and donations. I don't recall that being stated anywhere in the process. So now we have to look at another option other than Zeffy to take our donations over $1000. That was super disappointing to us.
