There are many features in ZappyHire which are unique value add. Very enthusiastic and supportive customer success and implementation teams. Most of the customer needs are catered by them by customizing the solution suiting the priorities of the customer. The Conversational chatbot takes care of the entire load of contacting the candidate collecting inputs and the interview schedulers save a lot of time of the recruiter which can be used more productively. The reporting module has a lot of possibilities to facilitate right decision making. Every company would need different kinds of data reporting for timely decision making. Zappyhire is a wholesome product as it combines all the features of an ATS with the added benefit of intelligent scoring systems that help to create candidate summaries that are helpful to decide whether or not a candidate is suited for the company. Hence the whole candidate screening process is very easy.

1) They have a sturdy product which requires only minimal maintenance. Everything is DIY, therefore it is easy for our HR department to configure everything.

2) The interviewer portal is particularly helpful to keep track of interviews that are lined up as well as see how other interviewers have scored the candidates since they have to go through multiple rounds of interviews, especially with high-level management

3) After the interviews, the scoring screen cannot be closed without updating the scores. This is a huge time-saver as the HR team does not have to do follow-ups with interviewers to complete this.
