I have been using Zappyhire ATS since July 2021 and it helps to reduce my workload to around 80%. All the screening and the scoring are performed perfectly, am able to retrieve resumes at any time from the database and the customer support provided is the best! Zappyhire is an extremely easy-to-use tool, especially because you don't need any technical knowledge to create the hiring workflow. The calendar integration and automatic interview scheduler are very useful and save a ton of time for our talent department. Being able to add custom questions to the recruitment chatbot is also an advantage because we can extract additional information from our candidates.

We've noticed that the quality of candidates that are hired is on par with other giants in the industry.

Would be nice if the reports can be made more customizable (like adding a custom calculation field,) but it is a far ask considering the effort they put in perfecting the product features every month. So far, we have reported only minor bugs that were fixed by the support team without much delay. This product is worth the money we invested in terms of functionality. Zappyhire is the only recruitment tool we have used and we love it. The drag and drop feature for setting up the hiring cycle and video interview feature are by far the best in terms of flexibility!

A small-sized creative company like ours also requires assessments that should be crafted to measure very specific design skills. Zappyhire's flexible assessments setup was very helpful in evaluating candidates at scale. Since all assessments are consolidated as a single report card, it is easier for us to decide whether or not to advance a candidate to the next stage.
