How much does Zapium cost in 2026?

According to G2 data, Zapium pricing in 2026 starts at $499.00 and can reach $699.00 depending on the selected plan. Pricing may vary based on billing terms or usage, so users should review the Zapium's official pricing page for the most current details.

Who is Zapium pricing best suited for?

Zapium's pricing is best suited for facilities services companies managing multi-site, multi-asset maintenance operations, the dominant segment among G2 reviewers. The free Starter tier fits small teams or startups needing structured work order and preventive maintenance workflows without upfront cost. Zapium's Professional plan suits growing service businesses requiring inventory, contract management, and client-facing portals. The Business plan targets mid-market operators handling complex asset portfolios with purchase orders, vendor management, and downtime tracking needs. G2 reviewers from financial services and accounting firms also adopt Zapium extensively for compliance audit delivery across client sites, making the Business and Enterprise tiers well-matched to professional services firms managing multiple client deployments simultaneously.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Zapium?

Zapium's Starter tier is free with no user cap, supporting up to 100 jobs per month and 1,000 assets, covering work orders, preventive maintenance, asset management, drag-and-drop scheduling, QuickBooks Online integration, and a technician app. Zapium's paid plans unlock significantly higher job and asset limits alongside critical operational modules absent from the free tier. The Professional plan at $499/month adds inventory management, request portal, labor and cost tracking, contract management, e-signatures, timesheets, QR codes, and custom checklists. The Business plan at $699/month further adds purchase orders, RFQ, meter readings, asset depreciation, downtime tracking, and a customer portal. Enterprise pricing is custom and includes IoT integration, open APIs, and workflow automation.

Is Zapium considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers rate Zapium at a perfect 5.0/5, signaling strong perceived value across facilities services, financial services, manufacturing, and accounting industries. The Starter tier's no-user-cap free plan is a standout, letting teams of any size run core work orders, preventive maintenance, and asset management without cost. Zapium's paid plans at $499/month and $699/month deliver enterprise-grade capabilities including inventory, purchase orders, smart forms, and vendor management, features G2 reviewers consistently highlight as operationally transformative. One reviewer notes customization is chargeable, a consideration for budget-conscious buyers. Overall, Zapium's pricing structure delivers measurable ROI, particularly for multi-site facilities and audit-driven organizations managing complex asset compliance programmes.

"Tax Authorities Want Maintenance Documentation. Zapium Builds It Automatically."

5/5

What do you like best about Zapium?

Maintenance costs are a significant deductible expense for our manufacturing clients. Tax authorities increasingly scrutinise whether maintenance expense claims are supported by adequate documentation. Zapium's structured work order records with cost capture provide exactly the documentation needed to defend maintenance expense deductions under scrutiny. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapium?

Automatic mapping of work order costs to standard tax expense categories would reduce manual reclassification at year-end - right now our team does this reconciliation by hand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?

Manufacturing clients were struggling to defend maintenance expense deductions under tax authority scrutiny because their work order records were informal and costs were poorly documented. Zapium's structured work orders with cost capture created a tax-defensible maintenance expense record as a byproduct of normal operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
