Pricing starts from £4,500 per year. Sentinel pricing is made up of two parts: a setup fee, containing all the modules that you might need; and a user fee, which is based on how many users within your organisation will be uploaded to the system.

The Sentinel licence fee, starts at £4,500 per year and covers the 5 modules of the system:
1: Alerting System, a 2-way broadcast alerting system with full audit log.
2: The App Module, which can be deployed across the whole organisation (using grouped permissions) stores key documents offline - such as business continuity plans, crisis plans or interactive checklists.
3: Secure Instant Teleconferencing, to set up an instant conference calls with your crisis team
4: Sentinel Hotline, to create voice message updates for all your audiences on a dedicated number.
5: Chat Channels, to communicate & collaborate with your team via instant messages and file sharing.

The Sentinel user licence fee, is based on a per user basis. Starting from £10 per user/month for
small teams and organisations to £0.50 per user/month for large enterprises. The licence fee comes with an allowance of SMS' to use, depending on requirements and locations. In app messaging and emails are free.
