The platform is very user-friendly. From the admin console and reporting functions to the actual volunteer and giving experience. We've been able to onboard, launch, and sustain our platform with ease and convenience. A few issues stand out. Some product changes have been made that have negatively impacted our users, often without any prior consultation. Also, the use of the Blackbaud Giving Fund (both as a DAF and as a charity) has resulted in the exclusion of private schools from giving and a somewhat cumbersome due diligence process. There are portions of the backend that are still fairly technical and require the assistance of a Blackbaud/YourCause Success Manager to implement - certain question types, report queries, and workflow automation can be quite complicated for the average user.
