It is easy to use and is available at many restaurants. It's a popular service already so the environment is already being used **What do you dislike about Yelp WaitList?** It's hard to track your position in line and sometimes the restaurants don't have the technology to know when your name should be called as being next. It could used some updates to fix these issues **What problems is Yelp WaitList solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's solving the waiting issue. Reservations are tough because many people don't ever show up. Charging money for reservations deters people from trying your restaurant and can only be used for the best most popular spots ### 2. It makes your life easier. You have the ability to put yourself on a waiting list before you get to your preferred eating spot. **What do you dislike about Yelp WaitList?** My only wish is that more locations used the program. Yelp did a fantastic job in acquiring this company because it makes sense. However, not enough locations are using it. It may take a while for business owners to understand the value of this program when it is an additional cost. **Recommendations to others considering Yelp WaitList:** Its a great tool to have, especially if your business is already very successful. Nowadays customers want things immediately and this program makes it easier for them to feel like they are in control. Get the program. **What problems is Yelp WaitList solving and how is that benefiting you?** This program makes life easier for individuals that are tech savvy. Instead of having to wait in line you can show up on time.
