I like that I can easily make reservations, modify and cancel them as needed as well. I also like that I receive text message reminders about upcoming reservations and can change them from my phone. I even had a restaurant manager text me through Resy to let me know that their kitchen was under construction and I would not be able to order food that day. Very helpful information. I do not like that very many restaurants are not on the Resy service. I know this is a case by case thing but it would be more useful with more restaurant offerings. I also do not like that only a few tables are bookable through Resy, while the restaurant can often manually book a reservation even when Resy says that nothing is available.
