Smooth Reservations and Better Guest Profiles for a More Personalized Dining Experience **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026 **What do you like best about ResyOS?** The best thing I like about this platform is it creates a smooth reservation experience for both restaurants and dinners for customers it also makes it easier to discover restaurant and check availability and book tables without calling the restaurant directly or restaurant it gives you useful tools to manage reservation weightless seating and guest information all under a single place and another strong point is their guest profile and hospitality focused approach where restaurants can use guest information to understand preference manage repeat visitor better and also provides a more personalised dining experience. **What do you dislike about ResyOS?** One limitation I found in this platform is that its not best fit for every restaurant Jaipur it is stronger for marketers where this platform has a good diner adoption coverage for smaller restaurant is less actor because the discovery advantages like very low and another drawback in this is the restaurant should review the pricing and plant structure carefully because this platform says that its rising as low per cover or per reservation fees which is a positive but restaurant still need to choose the right plan with suits them. **What problems is ResyOS solving and how is that benefiting you?** This platform helps us by solving the problem of manual reservation handling and misquoting inefficient table management and lack of visibility into guest flats rather than relying on phone calls and spreadsheet or manual weightless this way platform helps us in managing availability booking weightless seating and guest data through structure plan the brain benefit is operational control which helps us optimising the table usage reduce booking construction managers communication more effectively and creators mother experience overall. ### 2. I also like that I receive text message reminders about upcoming reservations and can change them from my phone. I even had a restaurant manager text me through Resy to let me know that their kitchen was under construction and I would not be able to order food that day. Very helpful information. **What do you dislike about ResyOS?** I do not like that very many restaurants are not on the Resy service. I know this is a case by case thing but it would be more useful with more restaurant offerings. I also do not like that only a few tables are bookable through Resy, while the restaurant can often manually book a reservation even when Resy says that nothing is available. **What problems is ResyOS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quick and easy scheduling of meals.
