**What do you like best about XOR?**

- This platform is easy to use, integrates with my calendar for qualified candidates to schedule a time with me, and this platform has the ability to reach out to candidates via text message.
- Chrome extension that captures candidate name and email and adds easily to a campaign we can reach out to easily!
- Our account representative Julia is amazing, super responsive, and brings solutions quickly to any snag that arises.

**What do you dislike about XOR?**

We had a few issues with the Chatbot library isn’t terribly vast and it was not giving proper responses, but this was fixed with some different scripting solutions that were provided.

**What problems is XOR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Great Platform XOR saves valuable time by adding an AI feature to pre-screen candidates and not only score them for prioritization but XOR allows a recruiters calendar to integrate and set designated times available to do a phone screen saves a ton of steps in coordination and allows recruiters to do what they do best… build great candidate pools!
We are also hosting virtual recruitment events with XOR, after vetting several platforms we chose XOR because it was user friendly, great email campaign feature, and flexibility to extend our event if needed.

**What do you like best about XOR?**

- Reaching out to candidates via text message.
- Qualified candidates can schedule onto a recruiters calendar during the application process.
- Their account management team listens well and is super responsive.

**What do you dislike about XOR?**

I knew this going in, but it's not really an ATS.  But it can function as one.

**What problems is XOR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

XOR is saving me a lot of time by scheduling qualified candidates.  If a candidate answers all the applicant screening questions correctly, XOR schedules them directly onto my calendar.  It's absolutely wonderful.

Additionally, when I'm working in resume databases, I'm able to contact the person thru that database and if I have their phone number, I can send a text thru XOR and request them to apply to the position.

**What do you like best about XOR?**

First of all, I would to mention that XOR is a an extremely client oriented company. We can solve any techical or managing problem in short period of tiem during our project. This fact, undoubtedly, is the main advantage. 

Secondly, we really mentioned the measurable value while were using this instrument. It helps to reduce time for routine recruitment operations such like resume screening,phone interwiew and reminders for candidates. 

Thirdly, we see that chat bots are the main trend in HR techologies of today (for example in comparison with audio and phone bots). Job seekers are more ready to communicate with the text information and they don't have an "allergy" to such method of recruitment.

**What do you dislike about XOR?**

This project requires many integrations with inetrnal company's systems that in fact may cost a lot but what is much more important - it needs a lot of time. Also, we have to involve our account manager to change something (to change the script a little bit or attach the bot to other job vacancy)& It would be better if clients can do such changes by themselves.

**Recommendations to others considering XOR:**

Try to exactly understand whis processes in the recruitment you want to automate and be ready to spend the time which gets free to ither projects

**What problems is XOR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

XOR is a solutuon for companies that have an enormous value of vacancies and candidates (I mean big companies) because such digital solution helps to reduce time for routine tasks and pay more attention to other intellectual ones.

Using this instrument we can hire more people in short time.

**What do you like best about XOR?**

I like how easily my work is streamlined. It's a wonderful program. It allows me to work efficiently and comfortably, thanks to how simple it is. I have been able to optimize hiring, reaching a larger number of people. It has many tools that lighten the workload. I would recommend it to anyone who wants professional software.

**What do you dislike about XOR?**

I have no complaints regarding the program, my experience has been very positive.

**Recommendations to others considering XOR:**

I recommend that you try the software, it is excellent.

**What problems is XOR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly, it saves me a lot of time in selecting qualified candidates. It is the greatest benefit I have obtained from the program. It does it automatically.
