**What do you like best about XMS: eXchange Management System?**

This system is very user friendly as it provides dashboards and reminders that help me track my work. 

**What do you dislike about XMS: eXchange Management System?**

The system by default sends many alerts and you need to edit your alerts to manage how many you are receiving, which is annoying. 

**What problems is XMS: eXchange Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use this system to manage the exchanges we conduct daily. It has helped us very much.

It’s easy to set up ands I can get my emails from home on my phone too. 

**What do you dislike about XMS: eXchange Management System?**

I’ve had to reinstall it in the past but it seem to be working better now 

**What problems is XMS: eXchange Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can get my emails at home and be able to check Files etc. so that I can answer issues quickly
