This is a key tool any business can use for just about any digital commerce operations and optimizing the revenue operations it to the highest degree. **What do you dislike about Wrench.ai?** I think when first starting with the software, it can be a bit overwhelming thinking about the potentialities that come with using this platform and identifying the lowest hanging fruit (lowest effort/highest return actions). However, thats more a limitation on myself than on Wrench. They provide a TON of data, and understanding how to best leverage it, and make the most of it has been something I need to do. Their models are trained using a full-loop configuation. This ensures a dataset that reflects currrent conditions while producing the best results. Best of all, their team rocks. I've worked with many a statistician over the years, and Dan and Scott are up there with the best. **What do you dislike about Wrench.ai?** Data integration and visualization could be productized better but it's evolving nicely. **What problems is Wrench.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Wrench primarily for consumer behavior and persona modeling, lead scoring, lifetime customer value, lookalike audience segmentation and customer churn analysis. The statistical insights enable sophisticated segmentation strategies that lead to hyper-personalized, and hyper-relevant marketing strategies that drive higher return on ad spend. ### 5. All of those failed. EVERY SINGLE ONE. And then we were introduced to the team at Wrench.AI. I'll admit I was skeptical at first because "what was going to be different this time?" The team at Wrench.AI spent the time to understand our industry and the specific challenges and opportunities we had with our current and future clients in this industry. Because they have a deep understanding of our industry and our product specifically, they are able to work as thought leaders and visionaries driving success rather than just being there as order takers to build our vision. This has proven to be critical as we didn't really know where we were headed when we started down this road and Wrench has been there to guide the conversation and direct efforts to the biggest, earliest wins. tl;dr - Wrench.AI isn't just another AI/ML contractor. They have a vision for the future and are eager to work as partners to help their clients achieve their own goals. **What do you dislike about Wrench.ai?** Everything about our relationship with Wrench.AI is terrific. And they've done a great job being flexible, working on our timeframe and accommodating what our data looks like. If I were to offer any critical feedback, it would be that it would probably help accelerate future relationships and simplify processing on their side if they had an easier default template for data that clients could work from. **Recommendations to others considering Wrench.ai:** If you're looking for someone to help you leverage your data and build toward a successful AI/ML/Data science product, you can't do better than having Wrench.AI as a partner. **What problems is Wrench.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our flagship product provides CRM, Shopping, Reporting and Analytics and CMS capabilities for direct sales representatives. As such we have a wealth of untapped data about the users of our product and their customers. Our goal was to find a way to leverage this data to increase the rate of early and long-term success among the direct sales representatives that use our product. Wrench.AI has helped us to take that data, analyze it and provide the data back to our end users to help them optimize their sales and recruitment efforts by identifying which people to target when and for what product or opportunity and how to craft individual messaging for each prospect. ### 10. It's more that a buzzword to these guys. They actually know what they are talking about. They also enjoy teaching it to those of us that think we know what it is. It's been so helpful to learn what this technology is, what it's currently doing and what it's going to do for us going forward. **What do you dislike about Wrench.ai?** What do I dislake about Wrench.ai? I wish I didn't slow them down so much. Are you kidding me? There is nothing to dislike about Wrench.ai. There have been so many times when I've come to their table with an idea, only to be answered with comments like 'yeah, we are already working on that'. They are always out in front!! One of my key points is to FOLLOW UP. Dan Baird and his team personify this. They take the extra step to be responsive to your needs. It's is tough to be all things to all constituents. The support team is super helpful. This information looks to be extremely valuable for building more targeted campaigns. **What do you dislike about Wrench.ai?** So far, the only frustration we've experienced would be that of not fully understanding the exact criteria upon which a person is rated within various categories of interest, personality and likelihood of being a future customer and/or brand ambassador. This is where the "AI" comes into play. **Recommendations to others considering Wrench.ai:** Look at your ROI. If you can utilize this technology fully, it appears it can be extremely valuable. We are still in the process of implementation. Wrench.ai has generated what appears to be very useful information, but we have not fully utilized the information that has been provided. That will be the real test. Will the results, in terms of increased sales, outweigh the cost of acquiring the information. This will be determined by two things. Does the in-depth information Wrench.ai provides accurately portray the individual's interests and will the user fully utilize that information efficiently and effectively. If the information is accurate, it appears to be very valuable. However, if we do nothing with that information, its value will not be realized and that will not be the fault of Wrench.ai, but the fault of the user. **What problems is Wrench.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** Defining our most likely customer and the best way to reach them.
