Wovex is a Capital Discipline and Project Benefits Management platform that helps organisations make better portfolio investment decisions — not just report on them. Teams use Wovex to build comparable, living value cases, preserve assumptions and baselines, and keep forecasts, actuals, and variance explanations connected over time. That evidence supports earlier stop/continue decisions (pause, reshape, or stop low‑value initiatives) and clearer reallocation when priorities shift. Wovex is organised around a simple ladder: • Project Benefits Management - decision‑grade benefits evidence in delivery (also called Benefits Realisation) • Capital Discipline - portfolio comparability, trade‑offs, and allocation behaviour • Value Defence™ - explainability and decision integrity when scrutiny arrives (board, audit, leadership change, budget shock) Best for CFO/Finance, PMO/Portfolio teams, and leaders who need confident decisions that hold under pressure. Wovex does not promise ROI; it strengthens the conditions that make returns credible, comparable, and defensible.
