What do you like best about Wortal CRM?

I appreciate how budget-friendly Wortal CRM is, making it an excellent choice for someone like me who needs a cost-effective solution that fits my individual requirements without unnecessary bulk. The product effectively solves my lead management issues, allowing me to store all my client data, which is crucial given that I receive leads through WhatsApp with varying time windows for follow-up. The ease of setting up Wortal CRM is another thing I love; creating a username and providing an email and phone number was all I needed to get started. I find the import feature particularly beneficial, as it allows me to import data seamlessly with just a single click using the Excel import feature. What do you like best about Wortal CRM?

Wortal CRM is extremely lightweight and fully cloud-based, so there’s no need for any installation or system space on my computer. Getting started was effortless — it required almost no learning curve. I was able to import and integrate all my leads within just 10 minutes using the built-in lead import feature. What do you like best about Wortal CRM?

One of my friend has suggested me to use Wortal CRM. At first I didn't know that this will help me or not because I was working on google sheet at first but setup didn't take time just an email id and password and I got my CRM so basically I can use it in my phone and desktop as well sometimes I need to know that my team is working or not I can track that easily now and the integration with Facebook , Google and WhatsApp help us track our Marketing ROI as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Currently they have WhatsApp integration with Official WhatsApp Api only I will like to have in build WhatsApp integration feature and social listening tool as well like Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin so we can have leads signals from social tools as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate Wortal CRM for its ease of use and simple interface, which did not require much time to learn. The software efficiently helps me manage my clients and employees, making it invaluable for tracking sales generated with existing clients as well as potential new revenue from Indiamart leads. I find the offline entry feature extremely beneficial, especially when attending exhibitions in isolated locations where network connectivity is scarce. This feature allows me to update contact details and log information offline, which then automatically syncs to the cloud once I’m back online. I think the notification section in Wortal CRM could be improved. Currently, it doesn't meet my expectations.
