The product effectively solves my lead management issues, allowing me to store all my client data, which is crucial given that I receive leads through WhatsApp with varying time windows for follow-up. The ease of setting up Wortal CRM is another thing I love; creating a username and providing an email and phone number was all I needed to get started. I find the import feature particularly beneficial, as it allows me to import data seamlessly with just a single click using the Excel import feature. Additionally, the call recording and birthday reminder features are very useful, enhancing my ability to manage client interactions proactively.

Wortal CRM is extremely lightweight and fully cloud-based, so there’s no need for any installation or system space on my computer. Getting started was effortless — it required almost no learning curve. I was able to import and integrate all my leads within just 10 minutes using the built-in lead import feature. It’s one of the easiest CRMs I’ve ever implemented.

they still lack fully functional mobile app I would like to have fully functional wortal CRM app but somehow there chrome version in the mobile is responsive and works good

**What problems is Wortal CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wortal CRM helped me bring all my leads, tasks, and client communication into one place. Earlier, we were managing everything through Excel sheets and WhatsApp, which made tracking follow-ups and team performance very difficult. With Wortal, I can now see every lead’s status, assign tasks to my team, and send WhatsApp updates directly from the CRM. It has completely streamlined our sales process.

Because it’s a cloud-based system, I don’t need to install anything or depend on my computer’s storage. The setup was super easy — within 10 minutes, all my existing leads were imported, and my team started using it immediately.

The biggest benefit for me is time-saving and better control. I can monitor every sales activity in real time, never miss a follow-up, and easily check which leads are converting. Overall, Wortal CRM made my sales process faster, more organized, and stress-free.

**What do you like best about Wortal CRM?**

One of my friend has suggested me to use Wortal CRM. At first I didn't know that this will help me or not because I was working on google sheet at first but setup didn't take time just an email id and password and I got my CRM so basically I can use it in my phone and desktop as well sometimes I need to know that my team is working or not I can track that easily now and the integration with Facebook , Google and WhatsApp help us track our Marketing ROI as well

Currently they have WhatsApp integration with Official WhatsApp Api only I will like to have in build WhatsApp integration feature and social listening tool as well like Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin so we can have leads signals from social tools as well

I used to run ads on Facebook and I was generating leads ads so I need to download leads on daily basis now I don't have to download the leads everyday and now with Meta's new update to generate quality leads I needed to provide my customer data frequently but with Wortal CRM integration Facebook is getting my data automatically and live so my leads quality has increased significantly as well so all over now I am able to do timely follow up and with better quality leads.

It is very simple to use and understand. It gives call summaries with recording without any additional cost of IVR. Their is no extra setup cost or implementation charges. I have been using it since last 2.5 years and support team is available on single message. Integration with multiple B2B platform and Meta is super easy and quick.

Being an IOS user, I can not use wortal's call recording summary in CRM directly from Phone.

It gives analytical  dashboard on the go with complied reports and charts, helping team to understand their progress and helps management to take steps for improvement.
Allows us to do Marketing from CRM with whatsapp API and emails, saves time of software switches.
Our followup is never missed by its automation rules for nurturing leads.

I like having all my work in a single place with a smooth flow. I find the leads management and sales functionalities particularly effective, especially active leads and leads follow-up. The calling and tracking calls to leads feature is something I enjoy using too. The initial setup of Wortal CRM was very easy for me and my team.

I find invoice tracking and payments follow-up for clients could be improved.

I contacted technical support and they were not efficient, I don't know what they wanted to be able to hire the system, ambiguous answers and little guarantee.
I am looking for a CRM and the scams are increasing.

Do not use this software, it does not guarantee efficiency, it is a scam.

In the USA, a CRM with a guarantee and a recognized company is used, I wanted to migrate from the system but this is not what it seems to be.
