I really appreciate that Workiro eliminates the need for clients to sign up for an account just to sign documents—this has made getting signatures much easier for my less tech-savvy clients. The open API is a huge plus for me, as it lets me automate tasks and create custom workflows. The document management and retrieval features are a game changer: it’s so much easier to find signed documents or important emails compared to my previous system. The Xero integration, especially with XPM, is saving me hours each week by syncing client data automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One limitation is that you can’t assign multiple email addresses to a single contact, which would be useful for some of my clients. Also, some of my older clients don’t use email at all, so there’s no way around still posting documents to them.
