It’s reliable, with hardly any downtime, and handles our high volume of daily contracts (about 20 per day) smoothly. The implementation was quick, the adoption was easy even for less tech-savvy team members, and the integration with NetSuite keeps our workflow organized. **What do you dislike about Workiro?** One ongoing frustration is the user management—if you remove a user, you can’t re-add them with the same email, which forces us to create email aliases unnecessarily. Also, only users with seats can view signed documents directly, which is a limitation compared to our previous solution. There was also some initial confusion for customers around reminders, but that worked itself out. **What problems is Workiro solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was an affordable, straightforward way for our customers to review, approve, and sign quotes directly from our ERP. ### 2. The open API is a huge plus for me, as it lets me automate tasks and create custom workflows. The document management and retrieval features are a game changer: it’s so much easier to find signed documents or important emails compared to my previous system. The Xero integration, especially with XPM, is saving me hours each week by syncing client data automatically. **What do you dislike about Workiro?** One limitation is that you can’t assign multiple email addresses to a single contact, which would be useful for some of my clients. Also, some of my older clients don’t use email at all, so there’s no way around still posting documents to them. Setting up the XPM integration required some manual effort with references and there might be a few teething issues, but nothing major. **What problems is Workiro solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Workiro to store documents and emails, as well as getting clients to digitally sign documents. The benefits are twofold. The digital signature function doesn't require any sort of client sign-up, so its much easier for them, and I get documents signed quickly and easily. Secondly, having a central location for all documents and emails, broken down by client and contact, means retrieving information for compliance or practical purposes is quick and easy. ### 4. It can be integrated with lots of softwares. You can send emails , attachments which is secured with your team. You can integrate your outlook account with this for sending mails easily and it will labeled automatically according to types of mails. It also gives esign facility through which you can make your contracts, documents, agreements signed digitally which will save your time and money too. You can track the progress, manage them from backend. You can add your colleagues, team members with your project. Manage your project and track how your team are working. It is mobile friendly alos. Your team can sign documents from mobile too. **What do you dislike about Workiro?** Not such points to dislike. But pricing is little high for beginners. Apart that attachment limit is 25Mb which should be increased for premium users. **Recommendations to others considering Workiro:** I will recommend this software as it will keep your files securely and encrypted. It also allow users to do video conferencing and audio conferencing which is secure and easy to use. **What problems is Workiro solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have used this platform for sending important files to our team members securely which this software claims. We have integrated with Outlook and Chrome to send emails in a single tap. For business documents signing process we have used this for esignature. It was user friendly and there was a free version. **What do you dislike about Workiro?** When I was using the app there was no option for the subscriber to control adding and deleting team members. People come and go and I stopped using what was a good tool because of my inability to delete people and tasks from my team view.
