Repetitive Data Encoding in Banking industry. I realized that if we have multiple bot running and getting on the queue. We can do data encoding much faster though i also realized that it would be much faster to to data encoding if their is API implementation or if it is SQL Query driven. Previously, we spent a significant amount of time on straightforward yet high-volume activities such as verifying data from spreadsheets, updating CRM records, and sending follow-up emails. Automation of mundane tasks such as generating/sending reports to internal and external customers, attaching information to SAP, or integrating SAP outputs to other applications. This helps us to free up business hours from our buyers and planners, as well as meeting SLA and quality requirements. More importantly, this is helping us to drive digital transformation. What I like best about the Blue Prism Intelligent Automation Platform is its ease of use, and lean towards citizen development. Many alternatives on the market at convoluted, difficult to use, require a lot of hands-on interaction, and struggle to remain modern from a UX perspective. It is easy to find every functionality you need. Creating process is easy with drag and drop system. It is cheaper compare to other solutions. BluePrism still offers on-premise solution. Regarding the reaction to functional problems, this is something I will escalate and flag to the engineering and QA team to investigate. I know that you mention on-premises as a differentiator for you, but when the time is right, our Next Generation will be continuously updated without customers needing to upgrade all components or patches, or stop in-flight work. One of the hardest things for me about the SS&C Blue Prism Intelligent Automation Platform is setting up—it can be very difficult, especially if you’re new to this product. Plus, it takes time to learn all the features, especially if you don’t already know things like RPA.

Also, getting it to work on an older system that doesn’t have the latest tech can be a bit of a headache. And although they’ve got a lot of protection, the costs for small businesses can be a bit higher. Overall, it’s a powerful tool, but it has its cons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
