**What do you like best about Workflow Engine?**

I’ve been using this product for the past three years. I love how it can store information which can be reviewed instantly. The easy process of workflow and excellent communication that facilitate the final decision between student, employees, and management.

**What do you dislike about Workflow Engine?**

There are certain type of requests that we can’t alter easily or reject but overall this software is a life saver. 

**What problems is Workflow Engine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

High accuracy when it comes to making decisions about student academic status, their financial needs. Excellent communication tools between employees and management which saved us time and money.
