**What do you like best about Woomio?**

Woomio is an incredibly easy to use and helpful tool-- especially if you're working in influencer marketing and consistently require accurate engagement rates. It's also a huge plus that the base version of the app is free, whereas other similar apps and/or services require you to pay to calculate engagement rate, or, if they're free, they take an incredibly long time to load-- sometimes upwards of 5-10 minutes, which is largely impractical if I'm analyzing dozens of influencer accounts in an hour.

**What do you dislike about Woomio?**

Occasionally I'll find myself logged out of Woomio, which is a minor issue. My larger issue with the app is that if I open an Instagram link (to check the engagement rate of an influencer) and immediately switch to another tab, I'll receive a Woomio error message and will be unable to view the engagement rate once I switch back to the Instagram tab. I then have to reload the Instagram page and remain on the page until the engagement rate appears. Not a huge deal, but this does get annoying if I'm opening multiple Instagram tabs and want the engagement rates to load all at the same time as opposed to waiting for each page to fully load before moving onto the next page.

**What problems is Woomio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Woomio is much easier and faster than calculating engagement rates by hand. I use the free version, which is incredibly convenient and does everything I need it to do. Other similar apps require you to pay for this service.
