**What do you like best about WooCommerce?**
woocommerce offers a variety of plugins to be utilized to get your online shop up and going, its easy to use and also has a mobile app for confirmation of orders.
**What do you dislike about WooCommerce?**
not much to dislike. what can probably be improved is the mobile app solution for managing orders, creating products, editing orders as well, as most of the in-depth editing can be done only from the computer.

if you are looking for an online shop with a large commnity for support as well as plugins for every aspect of store configuration use woocommerce

problems being solved is allowing customers to view my online products and services and make a purchase accordingly. it benefits me , especially in these times by cutting down the brick and motor store and having a fully online automated shop where one can shop from the comfort of their home or mobile.

WooCommerce is very flexible which is uncommon for a free tool like this. If you have very customized products or need a lot of custom fields, WooCommerce makes it easy to set them up

**What do you like best about WooCommerce?**
Woocommerce has all the functionality you need to start an ecommerce business using WordPress. The backend is intuitive and easy to use. We've used it to scale up our eCommerce business to 20+ million in sales with minimal issues.
**What do you dislike about WooCommerce?**
I wish WooCommerce had better plugins that were on par with the apps and plugins you can use on Shopify. I've worked with both platforms, and the apps offered on Shopify are definitely better.
**Recommendations to others considering WooCommerce:**
Solid eCommerce platform if you're on WordPress and looking to start selling online.
**What problems is WooCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**
The best part about WooCommerce is the customizability of the software. We have an in-house dev team and we've been able to build out a lot of really beneficial functionalities that have helped us scale our business, that likely would not have been possible on other eCommerce platforms.

WooCommerce is one of the best integration software that goes well with WordPress for all e-commerce solutions. It gives the dashboard access to add inventory, update pricing, view orders, etc.

There's nothing much to dislike in WooCommerce, but it can have extensive features like Shopify.

It incentivizes the marketing of WordPress finished products, it is very effective and has involved multiple advantages of systematic development. WooCommerce helps me to understand the concept of online business in a useful way, it has a very outstanding interface with high standards. It is undoubtedly a very useful software and has a lot to give.

Support is the negative part of the product, it has to improve in terms of interaction and responsiveness.

**What do you like best about WooCommerce?**
Wocommerce is the best plugin I have ever used. It helps me to organize my order, my customer data, and other information about my business. It's easy to use and easily accessible. I also appreciate their shop theme that helps me to organize my product on my webpage and it's beautiful with demo data so that anyone can easily edit the product from the demo data. I use their mobile app too which helps me to get order notifications as soon as possible. Also, I can add downloadable products on the product page, customers can just place orders and get access to download them which is an awesome feature. My business is growing with the help of wocommerce and its amazing features. It also has some additional settings, addons to make the product more accurately saleable. It's an awesome plugin with themes, addons.
**What do you dislike about WooCommerce?**
The mobile app is good enough to track real-time data of orders. for this reason, sometimes I miss my important orders from my customers. It needs to be bug-free and updated and speed optimization too. Also, the payment system needs to add internally.
**Recommendations to others considering WooCommerce:**
Anyone with a small or big business can use wocommerce as their business help by adding it to their website. In this situation, everyone should start their business online and to design, organize a shop on a website wocommerce is the best thing that can help. As I mentioned, I highly recommend every businessman who wants to move their business online must use wocommerce as their shop plugin, they can also try business themes to make it easier to organize the product.
**What problems is WooCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**
I changed my full business to online-based when the covid started. to make the online presence of my business helps me to take orders, track them and keep customer data up to date. It also helps me sell my product all over my country because my customers can easily log in to my shop website and check out the product and place an order. Order placing and payment method is so smooth that users can place orders easily. My business was about to get down but Wocommerce help me to organize my online shop, reach a broad amount of customers and get back my new look of business. I sold more and more product with the help of Wocommerce.

WooCommerce is so easy to manage our website from a high level. The way online orders come in through our website and passed via WooCommerce allows us to manage what data we send over to Onfleet and thus we are able to really utilize the API functionality to its fullest.

Personally, there is nothing that I dislike.

We were able to build our first e-commerce website and include functionality that I did not think would be possible.

Woocommerce is really easy to use. Installation is like a breeze and your online shop will be ready to go. You can set up product listing, categories, simple payment gateways and much more. It can be integrated with different softwares

It's wordpress specific and can't be used in sites other than wordpress. Also there are a lot of in app purchases that would be required for your website to run at its best capacity.

Use pop-up notifications and other advanced features. Add better images and videos of your catalog.

Very resource dependent, and large product catalogues vastly slow the serve response. Although there are many add-ons available to help you customize, most require purchase/subscriptions.

WooCommerce allowed us to put our product catalogues online for consumer purchase. It allowed us to reach further than just our local area and interact with new customers.

microcodes are a unique way to add widgets to add functionality and new options without any coding knowledge. when integrated with WordPress is super easy to manage the pages, products, and clients based on the WP interface.
**What do you dislike about WooCommerce?**
Sometimes managing paid plugins in WooCommerce is a bit difficult, it should be... There are also little options in the free tier, for instance, integration with ERPs like Primavera Express, SAGE, are difficult to implement without a paid plugin.

Having a free solution to plug into WordPress is a great solution. The program is versatile and having other plugins you can use to customize what you are looking for without the need for custom coding.

You have to be careful when adding plugins. Sometimes the plugins can conflict and affect your website. Also, if you need several plugins to customize what you need, it can become expensive.

This has been a great solution for us for our e-commerce. The program is easy to use and easily integrates into our WordPress website. Being a relatively new company, it was important for us to start with cost-effective products.

**What do you like best about WooCommerce?**
Woocommerce is very easy to use and there is no need to learn coding. Everything is possible using plugins which makes our lives easier. Woocommerce also helps simplify the website for seo optimization.
**What do you dislike about WooCommerce?**
When compared to Shopify, Woocommerce does not have standardised optimized product listing, product details and checkout pages. There are some custom plugins that cause compatibility issues with Woocommerce plugin that is the only thing I dislike.

Woocommerce is helping me sell my products online without the need of doing any external coding. Everything is easy to use and I don't need to hire a developer to integrate ecommerce functionality into my website.

I like woocommerce the most. The best part in it is the customization of the functionality. I create woocommerce site for the clients. Which i can add functionality like online payments, invoicing, marketing and more.

Although woocommerce is customizable. We need to pay for each of the additional functionality that woocommerce provides through plugins. If the pricing is lower like subscription model that would be great.

I have implemented the woocommerce for one of my friend. Woocommerce helped me setting up an e-commerce store with online payments and invoicing support without knowledge of coding. This helped him grow his business.

woocommerce can be used as a simple plugin and it supports many types of payment gateways from different countries to handle online payments from different currencies.
**What do you dislike about WooCommerce?**
Most of the time the malware attacks came to this plugin and it has not a proper malware guard to block them from the initial stage. However, the administrator can protect it using a third-party defense plugin.

Manage the payments in my e-commerce and learning websites to receive the payments from different countries and it helps me to monitor the sales + users.

I love that super customizable and cheap, you can modify practically everything (from the front to the backend). It has many plugins that allow you to solve very specific problems.

I don't like that it requires too much maintenance from a developer or the website becomes slow. In addition, there are always failures because plugins or templates usually fail when updating.

I would highly recommend WooCommerce for tracking orders, incoming funds, tickets purchased, and for monitoring products and users. WooCommerce is user-friendly and a great resource to each department.

I like WordPress and WordPress likes Woocommerce. I have made more than 10 online shops with Woocommerce for my clients and so far everyone is happy how it works. I prefer Woocommerce for its functionality. Woocommerce is well optimized for managing product categories, payment options, product variations etc.

Woocommerce is big and heavy, but if your hosting or server is good enough you'll never mention it. Also Woocommerce could have better filters. It was always the most problematic task for me to set up products filters as I need.

You can do literally anything with Woocommerce. There's a plugin for every functionality you could possibly want.

Because it has so much functionality, it can get very bogged down quickly and slow down your site. It can also take awhile to implement. If you have never used it before and aren't a developer, be prepared to spend a long time on your first implementation and even more time on troubleshooting issues along the way.

Make sure you have a developer available to help you implement Woocommerce and also to help maintain it along the way. It is not quite as plug-and-play as Shopify, however, it is free, unless you need additional Woocommerce plugins.

Free e-commerce solution for Wordpress. I am familiar with it and manage sites with it, so it's a great solution for many of my clients who don't want to pay for Shopify or need the specialty knowledge of Magento.

The ease at which I have to make modifications to WooCommerce. If I need a specific feature, the chances are high that there is a plugin available that I can go out and either download for free or purchase and install to get the required functionality. The database structure is very simple as well; all of the product information is stored in 1-2 tables, whereas in other systems it is stored in 50-100 tables.

The admin panel can be a little slow to use. Additionally, there is not a way to bulk update products without installing a separate plugin.

Make sure to deploy in a testing environment first to set up the whole site.

WooCommerce is incredibly versatile and can be applied to various sales applications. Subscriptions, bundles, tracking, shipping, and so much more can be handled with ease with their vast library of plugins and integrations. You will know exactly what is going on with your sales.
**What do you dislike about WooCommerce?**
Get ready for a steep learning curve and a lot of setups. Few people will be able to use basic WooCommerce. If you have anything more complicated than simple items to sell, you're going to need plugins, and at least a few of them are going to cost you. While they are well built and worth it, it's going to take time and forethought on exactly how you want to structure your products, subscriptions, and offers. For someone brand new to Woo, you're probably going to build and rebuild to get it right for more complex items (ie items with variations like size, color, etc.)

Once you get over the learning curve, Woo allows you to be incredibly specific and granular in your setup of products. It will enable us to design a variety of subscription models that stack and lead in with tripwire offers and services. When you have a variety of offerings (subscriptions, digital products, physical products, services, etc.), setup becomes complex, and trying to create a funnel to tie these things together in various ways can be complex, by Woo allows you to handle all of them with ease once you get comfortable with the structure and the plugins you need.

I think you can imagine the quality of this ecommerce builder after looking at the popularity of WooCommerce. It's an easier open-source ecommerce plugin for me, and I have used WooCommerce for many of my clients. Most of my clients are not tech enough. That's why I choose WooCommerce for them. Let's see why I do this-
1. It's straightforward to create a gorgeous website with less effort.
2. Easy to set up and maintain for users.
3. Different user-level gives you different access. So your admin user account is safe from others customer user accounts.
4. Great for your SEO performance

Love the fact that there are tons of plugins available for Woocommerce and that you have tons of developers should you need one, on platforms like Fiverr. We've tried Magento in the past and unfortunately, it is complex and developers are hard to come by.

There is a slight learning curve. I guess this is true for any platform but there are paid platforms that will make it even easier to learn. However, I do find that coupled with Woo's flexibility, its not that bad.

Woocommerce is endlessly customizable, with virtually zero limitations in terms of what you can accomplish. The verified extensions are great, but I've also had great success and flexibility with custom code implementations.
