My users love Wonderway. Not sure on what planet a sales team has something positive to say about a learning tool but, feedback on our Wonderway programs is always positive. Users love the simplicity of the interface and the ease of navigation. As an admin, I love the ease of building and editing programs. The only caveat I'd put out there is that this is not a full-blown LMS. However, that's exactly the reason why we purchased Wonderway. It keeps system ownership in the control of the sales team, rather than HR. You can add other teams, of course. And, we have offered limited access to other teams in areas where it makes sense to do so. But for my organization, I wanted to be able to build programs and course structures in a way that satisfies the needs of the sales team, rather than HR or services teams - which sometimes happens on those shared platforms.
