I use Wondershare PDFelement to extract documents, add links, rearrange pages, and make quick edits to the text whenever I need to. It's really easy to use and does everything I need without feeling complicated. It's been a great alternative to Adobe and it's becoming my go-to tool. I like that it's significantly cheaper than Adobe, with an annual fee that allows me to do a lot with it. The ability to convert easily from PDF to Word, PowerPoint, or pictures, organize and rearrange pages, extract pages within a large document, and add hyperlinks is really beneficial. Great list of tools available for PDF editing especially to extract text and data from un-editable scanned documents using OCR. Easy to batch editing, just select all the document that need edit like page splitter and batch the action using one click button. It has two implementation mode, by cloud-service or PC installation, both version has its cons and pros, select version that your editing objective needs. I think their customer support team is quite good, they keep contact and asking if anything that they can help and quickly solving software issues that we had. I use it almost everyday to edit PDF text for customer invoice, using this platform has saved almost half of my work load and let me to focus on other critical tasks. I tried to connect it with Dropbox to transfer and open files directly on the platform, but such integration is not possible. Wondershare PDFelement is my go to tool for editing contracts, filling forms as well as merging PDFs. Unlike other editors, I find the interface of PDFelement user-friendly and am able to change texts, highlights, and append signatures without having to look through endless containers. PDFelement is amazing at doing OCR on scanned documents so long as I do not want to retype everything. Productivity with documents is greatly boosted with this tool. I often encounter changes in formatting while editing PDF files with multiple formats which is quite unavoidable with files that are crucially aligned with design. The eSign feature is functional though I would say I would like something better as more tools have been devoted in comparison to the other functionalities. The mobile app is alright.
