I mostly use Wondershare PDFelement to tidy up and reformat reports or invoices that I receive in a messy scanned format. And the best part about PDFelement is how quickly I can correct alignment problems, swap out outdated logos and modify tables directly in the PDF without having to recreate an entire file in the word application. I also find the form editing and digital signature features useful and quite handy in my opinion when I’m combing contracts, everything is tidy and in one window. Occasionally the formatting changes a little when edited files are exported especially if the original file was heavy on custom fonts or design elements. I have also found that opening lots of big files at once slows down it a bit, which by the way really interrupts the flow when I’m multitasking. And although it does offer cloud integration, the syncing between devices is a little clunky and I often find myself saving files manually because I’m not convinced they’re updating properly. PDFelement keeps me from having to constantly badger my team members for a version of their document I can actually edit because I can just make notes on the PDF. And when I’m on tight deadlines and need to update reports or forms quickly, that’s a huge deal. And overall it’s made me spend less time doing repetitive rework, keep files consistent with their versions and make sure each document I send out looks professional and clean. I use Wondershare PDFelement for a variety of applications involving PDF files, like combining them and doing OCR scans. I generally like having it as a Swiss army knife tool available to manipulate PDF files. It solves a lot of conversion problems and simplifies making changes to completed documents. I like how Wondershare PDFelement is a one-stop tool for everything I need to do with PDFs and, by extension, some other files. It's very quick and efficient. Integrate with Google cloud storage for easier file upload and selection, user don't need to upload and transfer each files manually. Only 10 minutes is needed for implementation as the platform can work on browser application, software installation on desktop is optional. Wonderful PDF management tools and editor that I have experience so far, quick to open PDF document and not consuming too much computer resource when using the editing tools. Using it almost everyday for document editor and generation, editing PDF text or scanning PDF text using OCR to make the content editable again. Customer support is quite helpful when we faced a brick trying to integrate OneDrive as the primary cloud storage platform, they keep updating us the about the problem and suggestion for other solutions to make it happen. I don't experience any roadblock when installing it on multiple devices but using the same account, connecting it on different devices won't making my account block or banned, really easy to implement.
