# Why when I click on the Send and Resolve button, the "Was this reply helpful?" question doesn't appear? There are many times that I want to close a ticket by clicking on the "Send and resolve" button and I want the client to mark it as Helpful but I can't cause they keep telling me that the "Was this reply helpful?" question isn't showing up. Why is this happening? It's weird cause sometimes it appears and sometimes it doesn't. ##### Post Metadata

# Are you planning to integrate with Salesforce or any similar program? I would like to see the tickets open for my user link directly to their dashboard. It will transport us to the future in therm of the flow of work. More transparency all over the teams. I would like to see higher flexibility in the search: currently, when using the search bar and typing the user name, most likely, the user doesn't come up. Or even unable to look for the ticket number.. To conclude, if there is an integration with our user's dashboard, we wouldn't have to look so hard for the tickets and simply all flow. FYI I do know there is a search per user, very case sensitive. ##### Post Metadata
