# Why when I click on the Send and Resolve button, the "Was this reply helpful?" question doesn't appear?

There are many times that I want to close a ticket by clicking on the "Send and resolve" button and I want the client to mark it as Helpful but I can't cause they keep telling me that the "Was this reply helpful?" question isn't showing up. Why is this happening? It's weird cause sometimes it appears and sometimes it doesn't.
