What do you like best about Willo Video Interviewing?

Before using Willo, our phone screens typically lasted 20 to 30 minutes, and sometimes stretched to 30 or even 45 minutes when candidates had difficulty being concise. After these calls, interviewers would write up feedback for the rest of the hiring team to review.

With Willo, we've saved significant time by limiting candidate responses to 2-3 minutes per question. Willo enables later interviewers to watch the recorded videos, giving them a chance to observe candidates' communication skills firsthand and feel more confident about who they'll be meeting. I find Willo Video Interviewing really easy to use, and it's received well across the business when we've shared links for people to review tests. It's just a really useful piece of kit. What do you like best about Willo Video Interviewing?

I really like the ease of use with Willo Video Interviewing. It's very user-friendly, and I didn't need much training to get it set up. I also like how easy it is to customize the interviews, which is great for tailoring them to specific positions I'm hiring for. The accurate transcription and AI summary are very helpful, especially since I sometimes struggle with auditory processing, and they are more accurate compared to other platforms I've used. What do you dislike about Willo Video Interviewing?

I think the candidate experience is the biggest issue because a lot of our candidates just don't want to do it. We determined that turning off video and having it be just audio and written response did increase the number of candidates willing to complete it. But I would say, we're not getting as many candidates completing it in the markets where we are using Willo versus the markets where we're doing traditional scheduled phone interviews. However, both pools of candidates are yielding around the same number of hires. So it may be that only the candidates who are really invested are completing a Willo interview, and those usually do end up getting hired. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate the transcript option, as it helps in understanding candidates who might be hard to follow, making it nice to read the transcript as you go along.
