**What do you like best about Widers?**

I find the automation and chatbot flow in Widers very amazing. The inclusion of a webhook and API makes it easy for me to integrate with other platforms. The setup process is also very easy; connecting my WhatsApp with Widers takes about five minutes, with other configurations taking maybe about 20 minutes only.

**What do you dislike about Widers?**

I would like Widers to have direct connections to global apps like Zabir or Gokul Sheets, without needing an API or webhook.

**What problems is Widers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Widers for official WhatsApp Cloud API access, which gives me automation, AI agents, chatbots, and allows campaign management through WhatsApp.
