# When you get scammed by a company like this, how best to spread the word so others are safe?

Is this a one or two man shop? I've only heard from Phil and Eddie. I keep hearing "we've elevated this to management" but that is the best customer support I've received.

I also got nothing from them, Paid over $3000 and got nothing in terms of a service that I could use. When I tried to get a refund no one would help. Not happy with this product.
