**What do you like best about Wheebox?**

We used their online examination software. The application was comprehensive, having various security-oriented and candidate-friendly features. Also, the proctor and super-proctor views provided in the application were unique compared to other vendors.

**What do you dislike about Wheebox?**

The artificial intelligence-based proctoring system was very buggy and erratic. It did not detect additional persons despite them being on screen. Overall we found that the AI-based proctoring was unreliable and did not give us much confidence in conducting error-free remote-proctored examinations.

**What problems is Wheebox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After the onset of pandemic and government-imposed lockdowns, we were moving our Test Centre-based examinations to online examinations from anywhere (home/office) using advanced AI-based proctoring techniques and live human proctoring. We realized that the software was still in a nascent stage and was not 100% reliable.
