Its easy to use, user friendly and simple UI.

Nothing as such everything is good and fulfills requirements.

It helps me track all my leads and send follow ups to these potential leads.

Fast replies to customer, Catalogue creation and label creation, Easy in use,

**What do you dislike about WhatsApp CRM?**

Only limited to 5 people as of now, data protection related to pricing is fear, data loading takes time and message disappears

**What problems is WhatsApp CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps to create catalogue of prodcuts which are currently available and with prices.
So many people and check the catalogue and they can get the update without even texting us.

Best feature of this application is its dashboard where it is easy to find and launch campaigns.

**What do you dislike about WhatsApp CRM?**

No dislikes as of now as I want to still explore more.

**What problems is WhatsApp CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I did not have a one-stop CRM Tool to help me out and this is what helping me here and solving my concern.

The thing I like most about the platform is the ease of using it.

I wuish there  was more that could be done on the platform.

Although it is an excellent communication platform, there are some limits to using the platform.
