I think the prompt to download the app confuses people? Lately clients have been downloading their app, I use the website, and there they struggle with downloads. When I tried to retrieve an expired file, the system did not display the original link but instead generated a new one. I once needed to prove that I had transferred a file, and although I had a premium membership while my colleagues did not, the link I retrieved and shared was completely different from the original.
