**What do you like best about WestMetric?**

They're trustworthy, which is rare in the digital agency space. I could trust them to do their job. They always did exactly what they promised.

**What do you dislike about WestMetric?**

I think they could use some improvement in their pricing structure, I felt like some of the services overlapped and they didn't give us discounts.

**Recommendations to others considering WestMetric:**

They're trustworthy and deliver thoroughly and quickly.

**What problems is WestMetric solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to develop a headless checkout for our Magento ecommerce site. They took us from wireframe to production quickly.
We got a complete report on their SEO strategy and how they implemented it on and off page.
We received a complete report on backlinks, and they helped make the cleanup submissions to Google search console.
They also improved our page speed insights stats in just about one month. 
On paid, they posted unbelievable results on both versions of the site. Our sales volume increased by at least 10% each week we worked with them. We saw minor hits to LTV and AOV, but they did increase the raw sales and total rev. They're trustworthy, which is rare in the digital agency space. I could trust them to do their job. They always did exactly what they said.
