**What do you like best about WellSky Transfusion?**

The lay out was pretty clear (in terms you can't get lost clicking), however it was not intuitive. The QC/QA was easy to log and inventory wasn't as difficult as some. I worked in a smaller lab that had about 30 units on hand of all products total, I am not sure how this would fare in a larger laboratory.

**What do you dislike about WellSky Transfusion?**

The multiple steps you needed to do to accomplish what you needed to was frustrating. If you didn't complete them you couldn't go further. Some of the "statuses" of units were not what you would expect and changing them was a hassle. It always took assistance from the lead Blood Bank tech to walk us through the steps multiple times to ensure they were done to completion. In a department that requires such strict regulations, this software made it almost more stressful. I am not sure if there is a better competitor out there, however this wouldn't be my first choice.

**What problems is WellSky Transfusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WellSky streamlined our blood banking process, but it was not an easy one. The benefit is that it speaks to our EMR a little bit better than our last.
