Not only is it a great platform but the team at Webtrends are also so helpful and are always on hand to help you whether that may be in using the platform or looking for assistance in considering the conclusions and results of tests. They were also very helpful when it came to integrating with our website and we now use Webtrends far more than we could ever imagine. They made sure in the initial stages that we were fully engaged and aligned with the implementation at every stage. And then their expertise and know-how has really stood out since, ensuring we are achieving our goals. **What do you dislike about Webtrends Optimize?** I have nothing to dislike. Nothing to note. **What problems is Webtrends Optimize solving and how is that benefiting you?** Improving user experience and sales on our website. We need the site to be easier to use/navigate so that people can find what they are looking for and also to help support online sales process. ### 49.
