
The updates to the reporting screens and UI this year have been absolutely fantastic. The tests we've run in the first year or so have all been really positive and had a major impact on improving our ticket booking funnel in particular. Whether the Webtrends Optimize guys have been helping building the actual tests or just providing insights and ideas for our team to build the support they have provided has consistently been top notch.
