Can't add reminders for general matters / general files
Doesn’t recognise types of matters – we have to create our own diaries and timelines and deadline types
No record of who has amended deadlines / reminders e.g. if a deadline is removed, there is no trail to show who deleted the reminder. Only the last person to access the file is shown.
Cant print one single report for trade marks, patents and designs
Assignment" files are not automatically linked to the trade mark files – duplication of data entry
