We have found the Upgrade to be a significant improvement, and it is effortless now to move through the different Modules **What do you dislike about WebTMS?** Really none. It's a very user-friendly database. **What problems is WebTMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Teva has been using WebTMS for over 12 years. WebTMS has helped in maintaining the Trademark Management System for Teva with the many acquisitions of other companies over the years. For each purchase, Teva increased its trademark and domain name portfolios, adding many records to the Trademark, Domain Name, and other Modules quickly and efficiently. We have found WebTMS to be easy to learn and use, and have given (read only) access to the System to many internal lawyers and our brand marketing teams. ### 2. WebTMS user **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 29, 2019 **What do you like best about WebTMS?** WebTMS is very easy to use, intuitive and the support from the company is excellent **What do you dislike about WebTMS?** The report options could be visually more easy to select but this is a minor criticism as it is very easy to create reports in different formats. **Recommendations to others considering WebTMS:** think carefully about your strategy for putting on data so as to maximise use of the record numbers you pay for **What problems is WebTMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** managing deadlines and diary, creating reports, storing documents and information, the tool adds value on a daily basis to the management of our Intellectual Property ### 3. Only the last person to access the file is shown. Cant print one single report for trade marks, patents and designs Assignment" files are not automatically linked to the trade mark files – duplication of data entry **Recommendations to others considering WebTMS:** good for small filing practices, doesn't have enough features for larger scale filing practices **What problems is WebTMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** n/a **Official Response from Nick March:** > Dear Nicole Many thanks for leaving your review, I'd like to address the following points which could help going forward: It has always been possible to add reminders to general cases, there is an 'actions' section in every module including 'Case Management' our general matters module. Types of general matters can be distinguished using 'matter type' or by using the corresponding IP module. We've added a mini audit trail that shows if a user has edited, inserted or deleted a diary entry (amongst other things). This was missing previously and many users said they would like this feature, so we added it for everyone. The cross module tool allows for the reporting of multiple IP types in one report e.g. Trademarks, Designs, Patents.. and more. WebTMS handles assignments as separate projects that can be linked to the assigned records, there is no need to duplicate the trademark record.
