## Webflow Reviews
 ### 1. Here is a review of Webflow

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** German Q. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Webflow is an incredible website builder and provides me a real-time visual mods, making it easy to see my changes. ALSO Webflow provides a range of business-oriented features, such as SEO optimization, analytics, and integrations with popular marketing tools.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

can be more expensive compared to other website design platforms and eCommerce features are not as developed as those of dedicated online store builders. Has a complex interface that can be intimidating for beginners

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webflow remains a powerful website builder that helped me create my a stunning website portfolio that showcases my work and skills. And visually the result is beautiful, compared to WordPress for example

 ### 2. Game-changer for our company

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Meaghan S. | Digital Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Webflow has been a complete game-changer for our company. It has made the process of building new pages and maintaining our existing site so much easier and more streamlined than it was in the past. They are constantly improving the software and introducing fantastic new features that speed up deployment and improve the user experience on the backend. They are also pretty responsive to customer feedback and quick to respond when support issues arise.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

Every once in awhile you run into a feature that's a little buggy or something that isn't supported that would be if you were building the page manually. And some of the CMS/publishing/collaboration features could use some finessing (but I believe upgrades/fixes for some of those issues are on their roadmap for this year).

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Webflow, we've reduced the time to build and deploy pages and are much more easily able to refine and iterate on pages at a rapid pace based on user metrics and feedback. It also has pretty sophisticated design capabilities relative to other site builders I've used, meaning we're able to build much more professional and polished designs.

 ### 3. Makes creating beautiful websites a breeze

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erin H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

I have worked with a variety of web platforms and CMS systems. While none are perfect, Webflow is the closest I have found.

Webflow has a great visual designer, making it easy to create pages. We can design pages, build components and reuse them site-wide, speeding up the process of creating new pages for our small team. It is easy to create page layouts directly in Webflow with components versus having to recreate every page in Figma.

Webflow has great customer service; everyone we've worked with has been intelligent, responsive and friendly. No question feels "stupid."

Webflow also has an extensive partner network. When we have needed additional design or development resources, we have been able to utilize their pre-vetted recommendations.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

You can currently only have one user in the designer at a time. This makes it challenging to have multiple people creating and can be limiting if you are working on a more extensive website or a time-sensitive project.

The designer can be a bit overwhelming if you are unfamiliar with development languages.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webflow allows our small marketing team to manage a robust website without an internal web development team. We can iterate and create pages quickly. We use CMS collections to create SEO-friendly content and spin up quick landing pages. Webflow's packaging allowed us to scale quickly and easily.

 ### 4. A good balance between easy of use and customizability

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

It's got a nice community and basically every problem you encounter can be solved with a quick search

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

I personally dislike the way tags are managed. I found it very confusing when starting out at first

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Used it to build a website for a startup and keep publishing articles on said website

 ### 5. A Game Changer for Web Development - Power and Flexibility with Webflow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Collin B. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

As the owner of a web design agency, I've had the opportunity to work with many different web design tools, but Webflow has taken the top spot for me. Its user-friendly interface, along with the robust and flexible design capabilities, are my favorite things about it.

Webflow allows us to create unique, custom, and responsive designs —often without having to write a single line of code. The visual interface is intuitive and allows us to easily manipulate every aspect of the site, from layout to typography to animation. What's more, it produces clean, semantic code that's highly respected by web standards.

Lastly, the collaboration aspect has been invaluable for us. Webflow's ability to let our clients directly edit content on the page or leave comments allows for seamless communication, making revisions and updates much smoother and faster.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

The learning curve for Webflow can be steeper compared to other website builders. While it’s more flexible and powerful, it's not as easy to pick up for beginners or clients who wish to take over their own site maintenance.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bridging the Gap Between Design and Development: Traditional website creation involves a separate design and coding phase. Often, designers create mock-ups that developers then have to interpret and code, which can lead to communication gaps and deviations from the original design. With Webflow, we can directly transform our designs into a fully functional, responsive website. This has helped us reduce miscommunication and speed up the project delivery time.

Content Management System (CMS): Many clients want the ability to manage their website content independently post-launch. Webflow's CMS is user-friendly, allowing non-technical clients to update content without the fear of breaking the website design. This empowers our clients and reduces our time spent on minor updates.

Reduction in Development Time: Webflow's visual interface, pre-built components, and templating capabilities mean we can deliver websites faster. This not only benefits our clients in terms of faster delivery times, but also increases our agency's productivity and ability to handle more projects.

Client Collaboration: Webflow’s Editor allows our clients to participate directly in the design process, leave comments, or make minor changes. This has improved our feedback loop and reduced the back-and-forth emails often associated with revisions.

In summary, Webflow has brought efficiency, flexibility, and a greater degree of collaboration to our web design process. This has led to higher productivity, happier clients, and an overall positive impact on our business.

 ### 6. Why it's better than ever

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

As a lover of finding scalable solutions that serve clients well, I love that Webflow continues to push forward new features that allow continued growth from a developer's perspective. Tools like DevLink are game changers in an industry that's bridging the gap between traditional development and allowing designers to step in to control product tools.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

The most frustrating thing is when there is an update to Webflow that creates a breaking change or bug. I love that Webflow constantly pushes new things, but there is sometimes a cost that is felt for the daily user like myself. Things like input fields failing to work or changes to the quick menu that make it difficult to quickly get to the thing I'm used to finding, etc.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an agency, we can rapidly turn our designs into sites for our clients, allowing us to spend more time focused on strategy for our clients. We're heavily integrated in Webflow as a team, and when random projects appear that aren't Webflow, it breaks our system. That's excellent news - we've found a solid rhythm in the Webflow ecosystem across our entire team.

 ### 7. New to Webflow: Leveling up web design

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandria C. | Director of Marketing and Communications, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

While I am new to Webflow, I like that you can really go in and customize your site without needing to code or feeling limited or restricted by templates. I previously did a lot of work on Squarespace, which is very easy to use, but very restrictive unless you can code to create the customizations you want. I've also managed WordPress and Contentful sites which almost always required that I have a developer available to help me maintain those sites. I want to learn something new and be as self-sufficient as possible, and Webflow has an incredible library of training videos, courses, lessons and resources available. The working interface also has helpful guides throughout for new users.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

I think the downside is it can be overwhelming to take in at first because it's such a huge step up from something like Squarespace. It's hard to know where to start, and some of the interface isn't that intuitive, even if you are used to using similar systems. But I am sure with practice, as with anything, this becomes easier over time.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, Webflow is solving the limitation issues I had when working with Squarespace. It gives a lot more flexibility to create without needing to be a full-blown developer.

 ### 8. Great all-in-one solution for no-code website design platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Both Designers and Web developers can use it easily, as it provides the tools that both designers and developers love, with customizability that mimics most functionalities that users need.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

Crazy enterprise pricing (5 digit USD /year) if your traffic goes to a certain threshold. You have no way but to accept it or seek to an aternative hosting provider.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps designers/marketers build interactive website contents without having web developers' help every time.

 ### 9. Excelent platform i love using webflow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa I. U. | Web Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Its so easy, the tutorials are so great, i learn a lot with webflow courses, and they are allways updating the platform with tool improvements to use. The figma plugin is the best

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

The expensive cost to a freelance, sometimes the platform have a delay to edit or publish the pages and a few bugs nothing critical. There are more good things than bad.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The response time to make a landing page, the easy use of the components and the CMS collections. Its been really helpful all the improvements they have and all the plugins.

 ### 10. Easy to use CMS that scales

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juha K. | Marketing Specialist, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Webflow is super user friendly. With ready built components and using CMS section building of webpages is a super-fast! Building, copying, changing CSS and editing content is easy and can be done without coding skills.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

Webflow has a only one user at the time in Designer mode. That is a struggle especially when building a new site. It's possible to get this solved but it requires Enterprise agreement (6/2023).

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webflow offers easy and scalable CMS. We built new sites 10x faster and all the small changes needed can be done in seconds. That's fast for enterprise level usage of CMS.

 ### 11. Webflow is the go-to solution for almost everybody

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tanner L. | Senior Brand Designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Webflow's usability and design-forward approach to a web builder makes it the most accessible, creative, and fun tools for building on the web. Webflow has also made a significant effort to improve collaboration for teams that use the platform, especially through page-branching and improvements to publishing.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

Certain technical limitations, like custom code limits, memberships, and e-commerce limits, make it not the perfect solution for those looking to use those features extensively.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webflow has made it easy and efficient for our entire design team to all take part in the building process, in addition to the ability to open up editor spots to our marketing team.

 ### 12. Webflow Agency Owner

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Webflow allows us to create virtually anything and help grow our own and our client businesses.
The community is exceptional and the solutions provided via community are like nothing else.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

Webflow exists in a Silicon Valley bubble, separate from the real world. Some of the directions and decisions seem opposed to users wishes. That said, Webflow has definitely upped their game the last 12 months.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps us to build everything from Websites to Web Apps and run leading SEO campaigns. It is exceptional compared to all other platforms we have ever used. This has allowed me to grow a successful agency entirely based on Webflow.

 ### 13. Perfect for brands looking to create a professional website without full coding experience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Webflow is great for anyone looking to design and launch websites. It will simplify your process with the design and template options that are on par with the latest trends but better than the standard drag and drop elements.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

Not suited for novice or anyone with no website expereince. It would help if you know a bit more to truly maximize it's potential

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to build a secondary website as we launched a new product. Webflow is great as your team can collaborate and edit elements as needed without trouble.

 ### 14. Great A/B Tool with Consistent Updates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Intellimize has created a new dashboard recently that allows users to easily sort their tests and quickly see conversion comparisons. The team is constantly looking for feedback to improve their product further and genuinely care about the needs of our business as users of their platform.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

There have been great improvements to the tools allowing users to create their own tests but there is still some hands on required from our CSM or others. The job still gets done but it takes a little more time. That said, the team at Intellimize is aware and has continued to make great strides with allowing for users more configuration options.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Intellimize helps us run tests to increase our multiple conversion metrics within our site. We simply create a ticket and the team let's us know effort involved in creating the test. The conversion goals we have vary across different pages and those goals can be easily swapped within the dashboard.

 ### 15. The perfect collision of code and design

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

The ability to accomplish whatever you can imagine. I've been able to use webflow for a variety of different tasks and haven't found a situation where Webflow couldn't meet my need.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

Downsides are convincing others to give it a try and educate them on why it's not just another square space / wix type of platform.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's giving me flexibility to quickly concept a site and give a working preview to stakeholders.

 ### 16. Revolutionary website builder

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Webflow does an exceptional job of repackaging the capabilities of a custom web stack into an intuitive and powerful platform. It simplifies development for complex interactions and layouts. Overall an enjoyable user experience.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

Collaboration seems to be a weak point of the tool at the moment, so larger teams might find it difficult to work together on the same projects. Despite this, Webflow is actively prioritizing implementing new collaboration features such as page branching and cross-project capabilities.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webflow simplifies the UI building experience, allowing for developers as well as non-developers to focus their time on other things such as design, UX, web strategy, etc. It also unlocks a lot of power for non-technical folks to work on a website without having to know how to program.

 ### 17. The future of Web design: Webflow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yash A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

The best thing about Webflow is their Easy to use controls, it makes to simple to learn for new users, I like their free Webflow domains it helped me a lot in my early days, The other thing I like about Webflow they offer Responsive design it means; the designer can customize the Website in various ratios for mobiles and desktops and laptops according to screen size. and this can be done so easily.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

To be honest, I've no concerns about webflow, everything is mind-blowing.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webflow has helped in a lot in my freelance career, Webflow solves the challenges of website design without coding skills, simplifies website management,
and fosters collaboration, benefiting me with creative control, time savings, and learning opportunities.

 ### 18. I changed my entire career to work with Webflow all day

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hal Z. | Owner & Your Go To Guy, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Webflow is the ultimate combination of customization and visual interface that has allowed myself to build a business of building highly custom websites. Webflow is not just for making websites, it is a tool to help brands scale and grow without depending on too many engineers!

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

Since it's not a fully custom solution, there are going to be some limitations. Usually we find ways around them. That stated, I'd rather use Webflow then code the entire thing.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have clients who want highly custom sites, and Webflow is the best tool we know to solve this problem.

 ### 19. Webflow empowers designers to create pages without all the hassle of typical development pipelines

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jake B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

My favorite part about Webflow is that it still leans on HTML and CSS versus its competitors. This gives designers the most freedom without writing code

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

The downside to Webflow is when it comes to utilizing complex databases or anything more advanced than simple web pages it cannot facilitate those use cases.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webflow allows designers to have total control over both the design and the development process. this allows for much more rapid updates and fixes.

 ### 20. Great Platform!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** cristina p. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

I love how easy to use it and that it offers a lot of flexibility for designing web pages. I also appreciate that it has a backup function to easily view previous saved versions.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

My only dislike would be how only 1 person can have full editing functions as oppose to allowing multiple people to edit the same website at the same time.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webflow allows us to quickly build multiple websites for all our restuarants without the need for coding expertise. This solves the problem of technical barriers and helps us create professional-looking websites effortlessly.

 ### 21. Impressive Tool; Impressive Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ron M. W. | Global Director of Digital Marketing , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

I like Intellimize for a wide variety of reasons, but most notably, the ability to launch dozens of experiments without the need of a developer. I, in fact, launched some 20+ tests within my first week of owning the tool and some 40+ tests within my first month. A feat at a speed that even I was impressed with. Their visual editor tools make it really easy to bring ideas to life and I can personalize experiences to my anonymous traffic on the first-page view. With Intellimize, I can test just about anything and am only limited by my creativity which is how these tools should be – a conduit to testing and not a hindrance – which is unfortunately what I found while using testing tools from many of their competitors. I have an incredible customer success team too, that has worked with me closely throughout my entire engagement. They care and have also been great at ideating and pointing me to valuable resources. I feel like I have a true partnership. Great tool, and great service. I am very satisfied.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

I may be spoiled, having been a Google Ads user for many years, but I wish it would be easier to stop and start tests. It is really difficult to turn off experiments if you don't know where to look. Also, because I know I can test more rapidly with Intellimize, I am finding myself at war with myself for not moving faster. I started off testing a bunch (40+ in the first month) and have since slowed down - and it is completely my fault. A problem introduced by a tool that is so good that you’ll want to test more, and if you ever slow down, you may feel like I do. It’s a great problem to have, however and has nothing to do with Intellimize.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Intellimize is helping me understand user behavior better and improving site engagement for my site. This is driving more conversion activity and better-qualified leads into our funnel. Before Intellimize, we were not running any tests on our website which makes a website stagnant and less effective than it can be.

 ### 22. Just works

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Simplicity, also for non web developers.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

Sometimes buggy, overtime having used it it got much better though.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps scale online presence quick and without too many headaches

 ### 23. Extensive capabilities in a visual package

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

My favorite thing about webflow is the ability to create really customized designs via their visual editor. Either you know how to code and can whip websites up in no time with a few button clicks (so much quicker than hand coding), or you don't know how to code, and can still create killer layouts.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

Some of the image optimization features that are mostly out of your control. The way it resizes images to help load time and optimize is great, but it's useless if those images are blurry.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webflow allows our creative team to build landing pages without limits and put in code as needed for any custom solutions we need. The CMS is easy to use for our content team.

 ### 24. Webflow gives you the superpower to build complex sites without the headaches

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Webflow is special because it gives you the power of code without the headache that comes along with it. As a developer, the process of building a site is exponentially easier and faster with Webflow.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

Understanding the basics of HTML and CSS makes learning Webflow much much easier. I think for users who don't have that background, starting off in Webflow could be daunting; however, that is a tradeoff that had to be made to utilize the full power of code. Webflow also has outstanding resources to overcome this minor difficulty.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webflow helps me visually build sites in a way that's much faster than the traditional development process. Furthermore, clients are able to update their sites much easier with Webflow, since the editor is very simple.

 ### 25. Great low code website builder for technical users

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcelo A. | CEO and Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

The ability to create an awesome and atractive website fast. Cool motionUI animations.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

A bit technical for the general public. Limitations for people that do not have a programming knowledge base.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It lets us put marketing sites online fast to quick concept validation for marketing messaging and positioning

 ### 26. Great overall product for every marketer, designer, developer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Péter Dávid S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Webflow is a tool that I think should be in the toolbox of every marketing professional, designer or developer.

If you are constantly working on campaigns and want a platform that you and your clients can easily and reliably edit, you have found the perfect tool.

You can build your sites in a fully user-friendly environment. If you've used any Adobe software before, it will look very similar.

If you're into design from the ground up, you'll find it easy to implement your ideas with the help of the instructional videos provided by webflow, which are fun as well as educational.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

Although more and more integrations are possible, if you want to build not just a landing page or a simpler business site, but a more complex ecommerce site, you can only do it in the US market natively at the moment. In the Hungarian market, which we know is a really small sample size and has very strict tax rules, we can not use it.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It can significantly reduce our development time when we had a concrete design and an fully thought ou concept. It is much easier to work on projects as a team. It's much easier to edit content and you don't have to burden the development team with it.

 ### 27. The best web design tool for full-stack non-technical marketers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** TJ L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

I always compare Wordpress to using Canva--you get some pretty pre-designed templates, but are stuck working within those. Webflow is like using the entire Adobe Suite, where you have total control over every pixel of your website.

That doesn't guarantee that your website will look good, though. Much like how it is easy to create a sh***y Photoshop design if you don't know what you're doign, the same is true for Webflow. But the ability to make beauitful, functional, and fully customized designs is just something that's possible with Webflow and not with Wordpress (unless you use expensive custom developers).

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

Their pricing structure is confusing to a lot of people at first--you need to have a site plan and an account plan, and both have different levels and prices.

Also, the biggest challenge I've faced as a marketer pitching that my companies switch to Webflow is the fear of vendor lock-in. But, that's the same issue you have when your business starts using Salesforce as a CRM, ActiveCampaigns for email automation, and Marketo for marketing automation. It's the nature of the beast, and self-hosted and custom-built tools just will never do as good as a job as specialized tools that are always improving.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our websites have historically been custom-built Wordpress themes where our designer creates beautiful designs, than an (incredibly expensive) outside agency builds the theme in wordpress. For any changes beyond swapping out images and copy, we needed to submit a ticket and wait days for the developers to make updates.

With Webflow, we were able to get rid of a $10k/month bill from our agency and now my team works direclty with our designer to bring her designs to life on our website. Need a new CTA button? Two minutes. Need a completely new layout for a landing page? I can build a landing page based off the design files in a matter of hours and on my own without dev resources!

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

One of my clients website is been built using WebFlow only.

Website - cryotos.com

I am really impressed with the templates and the overall output of the website.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

As of now, I could not able to find any flaws.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was a user of WordPress CMS for atleast 8 years now. But, once I started using WebFlow CMS, I have ZERO regrets. Thank you for the exceptional platform.

 ### 29. Webflow Changed My Design Career

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Webflow gave me, a designer, the power to bring my website designs to life without having to conform to the templates and restrictions of other website builders. You have control over every aspect of the website and the amount of content that is out there by both the Webflow team and the community makes learning so much easier.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

There is definitely a learning curve, especially for those without any prior HTML & CSS experience (NOT necessary, I personally was able to learn without this experience). Thankfully, there are many great learning resources, both paid and free. It can be frustrating at first, but it gets easier with time and practice!

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webflow allows me to quickly and consistently build whole sites, new pages, and content all on my own. As a designer, I don't have to worry about handing off my designs to a developer and waiting for them to get back to me. This saves my company and me so much time and opens up more opportunities to explore different ideas and less on execution.

 ### 30. Superb tool for graphic designers looking to transition to webdesign

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tánczos A. | Creative Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Simplified CSS styling using the UI, high flexibility of animation, very easy and quick to implement and iterate design ideas. Updates and amendments are very easy and fast to make. The community is large and very helpful, its relatively easy to find a solution to a specific design issue since someone is bound to have ran into the same problem before. Webflow definately has a learning curve to it as a designer but the things you can create with it definately are worth the effort. Designs that were only possible to do with larger in house teams are within the reach of solo freelancers, so Im going to chalk it up as a pro instead of a con. The tutorials like the flex box game definately help and the videos are hillarious, someone give those guys (another) raise. I found myself just binge watching them instead of netflix.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

Some bugs are persisting even though they have been flagged for a long time by the community and continuously ignored by the developers. Pricing plans are overly complicated and hard to explain to a client that is not tech savy and dont have a background knowledge of industry jargon. Ecommerce needs more love and being able to set up custom payment processors besides paypal / stripe / apple pay. A lot of small businesses use other payment processors specific to their country and these rates are not viable. Breakpoints need to be expanded, 1080px being the largest is way too small where 1080 is basically the smallest resolution monitor you can get on the market. 2k and 4k are a must have in 2023. Better yet custom breakpoints should be available. It desperately needs multilanguage support (I understand it is in the works). Ecommerce emails are disastrously bad, cannot be customised besides some basic color styling and the product list is not properly padded. We need full HTML control over that. Some of the checkout fields need more options and custom fields, at the moment you can only add a custom string field and long string field. Regarding templates and #MadeInWebflow its decent but there needs to be a comment section that used to be there. I realise its not the most efficient way for someone providing templates to offer support but there needs to be a solution for some type of two-way conversation. On that note, the editor needs a lot more ways to debug your designs, the x-ray function is great, we would need something similar for the animation editor where things really get crazy and some of the interactions are not so easy to understand, maybe under the form of some type of simplified console where you can click an element under preview view and see what changes are applied to it, or possibly be able to reverse-search for animations by a specific element (click an element and see a list of interactions affecting it). Support for the platform is ok I guess, but I'm having trouble putting it down as a positive because its impossible to get in touch with a real person within a reasonable time in an agile environment and its only possible to get help regarding the most basic issues, if there is some bug with the editor like some images randomly resizing on screen without changing any of the CSS good luck having someone help you with it.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to respond to design requests in fast paced agile environment. Clients want a website up and running in a matter of days but with more flexibility than a basic web builder like wiix or squarespace allow, we can achieve that with webflow. The CMS is simpler compared to wordpress which is very welcomed by our clients.

 ### 31. Simple, feature-rich, and developing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hannah G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Webflow has made website design and maintenance thoughtfully simple, clean, and straightforward. It is a powerful platform and well-built interface for an intermediate designer. Between their thorough tutorials (with their signature cheeky humor), forums filling in the gaps for more complicated uses, and intuitive drag-and-drop building (with great helper text), it is a relatively easy platform to learn.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

Some fairly basic CMS features found in competitor solutions (like Wordpress) are missing, such as modifying the publishing date on a CMS post. There are workarounds for many things that may require some script/coding, but not the free plugins like you would find elsewhere. Having an SEO plugin like Yoast would be a game-changer. The experience of building pages from scratch in Webflow is likely to overwhelm a beginner at first, but there are plenty of free or inexpensive site templates that can serve as a foundation.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Webflow for our brand website, landing pages, and content management. Housing everything in a simple platform streamlines our work internally and with various marketing agencies.

 ### 32. The future of web design and the no-code revolution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

The best part of Webflow is its visual builder, but it's much more than any other visible site builder out there. Think of it as a visual builder for coders. Everything you build creates clean code in the background. I have built many websites on Webflow, from small one-page landing pages to websites with hundreds of pages, and it works great every time.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

Two areas are slightly negative for me regarding the Webflow platform. The first is how the billing is set up; it can be very confusing. When you make an account, you need to pay to use the site builder; when you publish a site, you must pay separately for the site hosting. If you need to add users or workspaces, that is also different. Second, I would like some more advanced routing and tools when it comes to forms built in Webflow, which work fine, but you need a zapier connection to get the most out of them.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't have a traditional coding background; Webflow allows me to build websites at a high level because of its no-code platform. I now have the ability to do anything from fundamental design and styling to advanced features like animation and interactions, all without having to write any code.

 ### 33. Amazing and easy to use..!!

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

The best part about webflow is how easy it is use the UI and create amazing websites without any previous knowledge of HTML, CSS and Java Script.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

I cant think of anything important but, i guess unable to add animation to text border is my only dislike right now

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The most important problem that webflow is solving for me is able to hire anyone for the web development work and able to easily train them without them having any previous knowledge of web development.

 ### 34. Webflow was a GAME CHANGER

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roberto-Fabio N. | Corporate Communications Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Where should I start... I love that it is easy to use and, of course, that it is no code. Which is awesome for someone like me, who understands basic code but isn't coder. BUT I absolutely love Webflow University and the fact that Webflow is actually listening to its customers and fans, trying to make it better everyday. So a big THANK YOU to Webflow.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

There's not much. The only I think I don't like is the GDPR hazzle we have when using Webflow outside of the US. But that's not Webflow's fault but rather the EU and Germany. So actually, I don't dislike anything.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's lightning-fast and easy to use. It offers an easy and fantastic way to design and develop pixel-perfect websites for my clients. I no longer need to hand off my design to the developer; instead, I am the developer, designer, and administrator.

 ### 35. We are listening

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kai D. T. | Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Computer Software, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

We were looking for a website builder that runs exclusively in the browser. We tried a few options but were never really satisfied. Then we came across webflow and were thrilled from the start.

It was outstanding to see how webflow developed over the years. Sometimes we wished for new features. And it was remarkable how quickly webflow recognized what the community needed right now to take the next step. That hasn't changed until today. We are listening. Countless examples prove this credo of webflow.

In short, I am very grateful to webflow for sticking with it and turning an excellent idea into a perfect solution. The platform has changed how I work and inspires me daily as a designer and marketing manager.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

It took quite a while for the webflow team to understand that there is a lot of demand for webflow at an enterprise level. It's nice that they are moving in this direction and that webflow Enterprise is getting more attention.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webflow has helped us to design and maintain websites and projects through a single platform. Ideas can be implemented much faster, and web projects are much easier to create and maintain.

 ### 36. Best tool and experience for building websites

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Using Webflow has significantly increased the speed of my website builds and given me access to functionality that otherwise requires a significant time investment. The community and available resources to learn and clone solutions are incredible. Webflow is one of the most valuable tools my business pays for!

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

The learning curve is noticeable, but the resources to get up to speed are some of the best online. My biggest challenge is getting clients onboard with a "new" service they are unfamiliar with. Typically, clients are more familiar with other services and hesitant to commit to Webflow. More resources to help convert clients would be nice, even though the benefits often speak for themselves.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can now build more functional websites without investing time in custom code or navigating the drag-and-drop website builder solutions that restrict design and functionality.

 ### 37. A game changer for developers and designers alike

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua J. | Senior Product Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Webflow has enabled me as a freelancer to make ends meet. The software is incredibly powerful and intuitive, and the team is surprisingly receptive to feedback and change from the community. The interactions capabilities help level up bespoke experiences, and the recently improved user permissions give me a ton of power and flexibility to execute as a freelancer.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

There is always room for improvement, and Webflow is constantly making changes to improve the platform. As of this writing, the limitations to the eCommerce platform leave much to be desired, and other limitations to systems like the CMS can sometimes make Webflow a challenging sell. But these negatives are nitpicky and do not take away from the very positive interactions I have with Webflow on a daily basis.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There is a great desire in the web space for bespoke, creative websites. Webflow is the easy choice for users looking to make beautiful, custom, performant websites that make you feel something. Creating no-code sites is a low skill-floor activity that is made easier thanks to an excellent UI, top-tier features, and an evolving platform of community-driven improvements with platforms like custom extensions or new Marketplace features like libraries.

 ### 38. UI designer platform for beginners

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

This web application provide some great ready to go template for UI which you can also use as a mockups . Some components in webflow just need to drag and drop on to the canvas and your UI gets ready

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

Limited templates.
We can't change the vectors according to the user need its just user need to stick with thw webflow templates .

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of work for the UI designing , you dont need to actually design a whole UI

 ### 39. Simply the best!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marycruz H. | Graphic Designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 25, 2023

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

While there is a small learning curve to getting started building a site, I do love that I can build components for items that I will be reused over and over on the site, such as a footer or a navbar. I also like that Webflow offers Webflow University and has a YouTube channel for reference as well for those of us who are visual learners. I think my website builds have been far better since I started to use Webflow because of the endless possibilities that Webflow allows me to create on websites. I am lucky to work with a Client Success Manager and an Architect at Webflow. They answer all of my questions and provide videos to walk me through solving a problem. It has been very instrumental in learning and using Webflow.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

That I can't select more than one item to group them all or delete them all together :( I often find myself selecting a few line items in the navigator when I'm trying to clean up a div block or section, but I have to delete the items one by one, which can be time-consuming. Another area of opportunity would be to have analytics within Webflow. Our organization is very tight on us having Google accounts, so it's hard for us to integrate Google Analytics within our sites.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One problem that Webflow is solving is that I am not limited on what I can or can't design. The possibilities are endless and Webflow makes it easy to create awesome animations without having to spend too much time creating them.

 ### 40. Webflow is an amazing tool for creative developers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

The ability to leverage front-end development knowledge to create beautiful websites that break the mold of traditional templated sites while still being scalable and maintainable.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

While there are ways to navigate Webflow without knowledge of web development fundamentals, doing so often leads to Webflow builds that are very difficult to maintain and scale because of the amount of custom control that the platform gives you.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to design and develop websites at speed is the most significant benefit for me personally, especially when those websites involve complex layouts and interactions.

 ### 41. Excellent platform for creatives

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Phil B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

You can adjust almost anything UI wise on Webflow, so you have true creative control...same can't be said about other (also good services) that exist.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

The pricing structure is a little strange to understand at first. That being said, I had great interaction with Webflow's customer support and they even re-imbursed some money and gave work arounds for a cheaper way of organising a site

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Web development used to be tricky; to do it well, you needed to have coding skills. Whilst Webflow does need a little coding, you don't need to be an advanced dev to accomplish something good (you could get away with no coding skills...i lecture to university students with no design experience and some can create good websites from scratch, simply from watching the online lessons).

 ### 42. We switched from Wordpress to Webflow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leslie B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

We made the transition to Webflow a year ago and will never go back! For us, it put the control of our website's design into the hands of our Creative department vs having to go through developers for advanced builds. We are able to dream and build without the limitations of plugins, templates, and site themes. We also love that important things like SEO, open graph settings, and audit checks are all native to the Webflow platform.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

Webflow is still adding on features as users suggest them, but we have not faced any huge dislikes about this platform so far!

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest one is the ability to give other users easy access to edit their websites through Webflow editor and specifically collections. Collections are a game changer!

 ### 43. Support takes forever to respond

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ohad N. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2023

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Technical features that gives you the power of code

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

Support takes forever to respond
Too many bugs when using the system such as integrating GA and Intercom
The product is very unintuitive to use for first-timers

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Launching the company marketing website

 ### 44. Mutli-time customer and it keeps getting better

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sara P. | Head of Web Experience, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Intellimize was built incredibly mindfully - where their platform can really accommodate anyone's use case, from early A/B testing to sophisticated, segmented multi-variant testing.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

The WYSIWYG editor is a relatively new addition to the product so there's more functionality there that I'm excited to see built. Other than that, most of the issues you'll see have to do with your own site and CMS and not necessarily Intellimize.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We rebranded in November and have been using Intellimize to test different formats of our website, messaging, and positioning for our product and services. We also run consistent multi-variant tests to boost overall conversion of the site through Intellimize.

 ### 45. Design without code

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Graphic Design | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2023

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

That I like the most about the webflow is the hosting and publishing: Webflow provides hosting services as part of its platform, allowing users to publish their websites directly from the Webflow environment. This eliminates the need for separate hosting arrangements and simplifies the process of launching and maintaining websites.

Also the designer-friendly workflow: Webflow caters to the needs of professional designers by providing features like reusable symbols, asset management, and the ability to export code for developers. It offers an efficient workflow that integrates design and development processes smoothly.

It is important to mention the extensibility and Integrations: Webflow allows users to extend the functionality of their websites by integrating with various third-party services and tools. It supports integrations with popular services like Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Zapier, and more, enabling users to connect their websites with other platforms.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

Some items that I dont like are:

Learning Curve: While Webflow offers a user-friendly interface, some users may still find it initially challenging to learn and navigate through the platform.

Complexity for Advanced Interactions: While Webflow provides a visual interface for creating interactions and animations, more complex interactions may require knowledge of custom code or interactions using Webflow's built-in JavaScript tools.

Limited E-commerce Functionality: While Webflow offers some e-commerce features, such as the ability to create product catalogs and process payments, it may not provide the same level of comprehensive e-commerce functionality as dedicated e-commerce platforms like Shopify.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problems that webflow solves for me as a designer are Code-Free Web Design: One of the primary problems Webflow solves is the need for coding knowledge to create visually appealing and functional websites. By providing a visual drag-and-drop interface, Webflow allows users to design and customize websites without writing code. This empowers individuals without coding skills to create professional-looking websites and saves time for experienced designers who prefer a code-free workflow.

Also, the Responsive and Mobile-Friendly Design: Webflow addresses the challenge of creating websites that adapt seamlessly to different screen sizes and devices. Its responsive design features enable users to build websites that automatically adjust and look great on desktops, tablets, and mobile devices. This ensures a consistent and optimized user experience across various platforms, benefiting both website owners and their visitors.

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Its easier to be able to promote products, or services.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

Sometimes its a bit complex to understand how to fully build the site but its learning and going

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a restaurant group our focus is to draw reservations, and webflow helps with allowing user to easily make reservations

 ### 47. Great tool for website

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Has a watered-down editing is a fantastic platform for novice website designers. It offers a user-friendly interface that allows you to learn and create modern websites with ease.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

Using the platform can become challenging if you don't have the time to learn and follow the steps. It would be beneficial if they included a more comprehensive section specifically designed for novice users.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are designing websites for our business and hosting them to allow us to present our services and give users a better understanding of what we offer. Additionally, we have the ability to easily make edits as needed.

 ### 48. The most powerful website builder

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Will R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Webflow is easy to learn but works seamlessly with custom code, so endless possibilities exist! Plus, it's fast to see your vision come to life. Building pixel-perfect designs with Webflow is much easier than with other website builders.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

One downside is that it is so easy to learn it sometimes feels like I shouldn't have spent so much time mastering it. This could be better by including more opportunities for showcasing dedicated Webflow developers.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webflow solved my problem of using worse website builders if I wanted to use a content management system. Webflows CMS works so smoothly it's easy to hand off finished sites to clients and have them update their new sites.

 ### 49. The best website builder on the market

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin J. | Web Developer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

Webflow enables us to turn around both new pages and tweaks to existing ones really quickly. Our content team can hop into the CMS and publish a blog post with ease, and our developers can bring a page from design handoff to review-ready in a week!

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

We've run into a couple of limits with the lack of a "traditional" staging environment. We use the ".io" domain to test, but the tradeoff is not being able to use some features that expect your domains to be in sync (like CMS scheduling).

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speed from idea to implementation. This is one of Webflow's core value props for a good reason – since separating the marketing site from our product team's sprint cycle, we're able to run experiments and test campaigns much faster!

 ### 50. THE BEST NO CODE WEBSITE BUILDER ON EARTH!!!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** MICHAEL K. | IT Manager, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Webflow?**

The system is very easy to use just a drag and drop like many other website builders out there but wta separates webflow is its cool user interface, it offers features that in any other builder you would just dream of having them, they incude a university to be able to know how to use the platform anf they are relatively cheap.

**What do you dislike about Webflow?**

There id nothing to dislike about webfloe just suggestions if they include a database intheir system making it posile to build wed applications too and include payment system not the third party ones they make te apis themselves.

**What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped non programers to be able to build websites without knowing code,i can build my own website and deploy at a very low cost compared to hiring a devepoler.
