I like Webex Connect for its visual, low‑code flow builder and the flexibility it provides to manage and automate digital channels without heavy custom development. I also value having centralized control over SMS, chat, and email. This makes it easier to scale, standardize, and maintain digital customer engagement across environments.

The think I dislike about Webex Connect is it feels disjointed from Webex Contact Center.  It's difficult to have two separate interfaces to have to work in and things like business hours, agent availability, etc. should be available natively as opposed to having to use APIs to access that information.

What I like best about Webex Connect is that it puts everything in one place. I don’t have to jump between different tools to manage messages on different channels. Once you get used to it, the automation and workflows save a lot of time and make communication more organized. It’s especially useful when dealing with high volumes, and overall it feels reliable for daily work

The most helpful feature in webex connect is their no code automation flows, they are very easy to use and easy to setup too, it has enhanced our existing workflows, because its super easy to integrate with our custom CRM too.

Our team uses it almost daily, and their customer support is so good that whatever problem we get, it gets resolved ASAP.

The thing I dislike about webex is there pricing, it can't be predicted properly, and also sometimes it lags very badly, which is sometimes irritating.

webex is here to solve communication problems in business, the challenges in communication faced by businesses multiple times, webex is solving that problem in a much better way. Its a Communications Platform as a Service” (CPaaS) solution, best about webex is its designed to help enterprises orchestrate and automate large-scale customer and employee communications across multiple channels.

**What do you dislike about Webex Connect?**

When you deal with channels like WhatsApp, RCS, MMS, SMS globally, you must manage regulatory/country-requirements, opt-in/consent, carrier relationships, template approvals. Webex Connect supports these, but they remain a domain to manage.
Although low-code options exist, making full use (multi-channel orchestration, backend integrations, analytics) may require planning, design, and skilled resources (either in-house or via partner).

Robust encryption of Webex Connect is essential for critical and business side for major industries like banking, healthcare, logistics, government sector, HR recruitment drive systems with automatically scale based upon the traffic without much manual intervention is cherry on the top.

We have been testing new features in their quality developer sandbox with REST and SOAP APIs without effecting production databases which has made our bugs quantity go down significantly and the visual builder of drag-and-drop is so good for any novice to create and build.

Business with legacy infrastructure and support system may have some challenges starting the integration with Webex Connect, but effective and strategic planning from top-to-bottom may ease out the whole process.
