WeBee is a type of hotel guest experience and operations software that helps hotels and resorts digitize the guest journey, increase ancillary revenue, and coordinate internal service delivery on a single platform. It is designed for individual hotels, hotel chains, and resorts that want to offer a branded digital experience to guests while simplifying day-to-day operations for staff.
The platform connects guests and hotel teams before, during, and after the stay through mobile apps, QR/web interfaces, and integrations with hotel systems. Typical use cases include contactless check-in/check-out, digital compendium, F&B and service ordering, upselling of extras such as transfers or late check-out, and tracking of guest requests across departments.

WeBee consists of five complementary solutions that can be used together or separately:
1) WeBee App – A branded iOS and Android guest app where guests can check in/out, make reservations, order F&B and services, submit housekeeping and maintenance requests, use mobile key (where integrated), and communicate with the hotel. Hotels can send segmented push notifications and collect quick feedback to identify dissatisfied guests during their stay.
2) WeBee QR – An app-free digital experience accessed via QR codes in rooms and outlets. Guests open a browser-based interface to read information, browse menus and services, and place orders or requests, allowing hotels to update content centrally without reprinting.
3) WeBee Upsell – A Progressive Web App (PWA) used for pre-arrival and in-stay upselling. Hotels send personalized links offering transfers, room upgrades, early check-in/late check-out, spa, tours, and other extras.
4) EaSee – A task and ticket management solution for hotel operations. Every guest request or internal job becomes a ticket assigned to the right department with priorities, reminders, and reporting, helping teams ensure nothing is missed.
5) WeBee Insta – A social and messaging assistant that structures inquiries coming from channels such as WhatsApp or Instagram into actionable offers, enabling hotels to respond consistently and convert more conversations into direct bookings.
