**What do you like best about WEBAUTO?**

WebAuto is very user friendly.  Takes you from screen to screen to get the necessary info with little complication. Love the fact that it's web-based.

**What do you dislike about WEBAUTO?**

Biggest downside is that the customer isn't able to pay a deposit via web reservations. Also, navigating the payment screens can be frustrating and clunky.

**What problems is WEBAUTO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall, WebAuto allows us to keep track of our rental agreements with ease.  All of the info is on the main screen. We are able to run our rental dept. in a more efficient manner.
