"Reliable Rental Management System Useful for any Company managing Large Fleet of Vehicles"

What do you like best?

TSD rental management system is a solid platform that offers unmatched reliability and organization for fleet management and vehicle rental. This easy to use platform allows anyone from any department of the company to jump and and easy acquaint themselves with the system and retrieve information about vehicles in the fleet.

What do you dislike?

At time TSD can feel like you've jumped back in time about 15 years with its seemingly flat UI. However this is a minimal drawback against the many features TSD possesses.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

TSD Rental is a very solid platform that can be catered to the way any business wants to run their operation. The team at TSD is very flexible with their contracts and will setup TSD to the way your business finds it effective. If anyone is looking for a platform to implement that has the full package of fleet management, TSD is definitely the way to go. Not to mention their support is very decent. During the minimal amount of outages they go through a year, they are very transparent in communicating any issues and always resolve the issue in a short span of time. Their developers work constantly to make the product better as they also frequently release new updates to the system frequently to make the user experience more streamlined and easy to use.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

With TSD our business can effectively manage our fleet in multiple locations across the United States. This is extremely important because our vehicle fleet is our main product and the information about vehicles is very important to our day to day operations. TSD allows us log almost every attribute about our vehicles which then later allows us to run various reports against any type of grouping of our choice to pinpoint certain metrics that will help our processes and overall operations run more efficiently.

"Great but a little overwhelming if not used to it."

What do you like best?

I love the fact it tracks gas and mileage perfectly. I also love the flexibility when it comes to swapping or exchanging units as well.

What do you dislike?

There is a lot of spaces to fill out and features that can make it a bit overwhelming at first. The amount of spaces and options are a bit excessive but useful.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Don't get too overwhelmed when you first try it, it is a great tracking tool.

We use it to track what cars are available and gas charges. By doing so it automatically tells us how many miles the customer drove and automatically calculates the gas charge if the car was brought back with less gas than given.

"Great Platform and Excellent Response Time from Support Team"

What do you like best?

Managing our fleet check-ins and check-outs is easy and time-friendly. The ability to create reservations saves us time when checking in our customers and checking out returning customers takes us less than 2 minutes.

What do you dislike?

The restrictions of Cadillac's CTA program does not allow us to make changes to our fleet input once we submit (in case of human error) but this is hardly an issue considering the response time from the support team.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

One of the by-product benefits that we only realized after we integrated with TSD was that their in-platform fleet query system has become extremely valuable in properly tracking our fleet management. We are able to save custom-built queries to answer very complex questions that arise during audit times and other instances.

"Tsd Review"

What do you like best?

I like that i do not have to worry about deleting customers credit card info. I like that it does it automatically.

What do you dislike?

I dislike that you cannot hit the back button.

make sure they give you a in house lesson

TSD is by far a way more capable product than some of the other vehicle rental software out there. When used correctly you can get a customer in and out in less than 5 minutes.

"Good Overall Software"

What do you like best?

I like the rental calendar that shows your rentals all in a picture. It shows all your vehicles and if they are available, when they go on rent and when they come back from rent. It also highlights them if they are overdue and many other good features

What do you dislike?

It is web based which is nice but if you ever hit refresh, forward or back then it messes up the program and you not only have to close it and restart but you have to completely close the entire browser and any other tabs you have open before you can fix it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Inventory management. You can automate features like setting a vehicle to a hard hold after a rental for cleaning, recalls or other issues. Then once the problem is resolved you can change it back to available.

"Easy to use and straight forward. "

What do you like best?

Ease of entering customer’s info. System deletes customer’s driver license info after a while and forces user to enter updated info.

What do you dislike?

My store does not have card scanners which would help with entering driver licenses and credit card info.

"Excellent software!"

What do you like best?

Very simple to use. Excellent way to keep track of everything you need to know about your rental fleet.

What do you dislike?

Internet based.Needs to be able to integrate with BMW software.
