**What do you like best about Web Tracks?**

For internal ticketing and task assignments, Help desk of Web Tracks has made a lot of difference. It makes it possible to schedule and allocate tasks and tickets for the technicians hence enhancing the flow of operations and enhancing timely responses.

**What do you dislike about Web Tracks?**

It is difficult to generate reports with certain keys of data or filtering restrictions.  This makes it difficult to monitor patterns, pinpoint deficiencies, or assess the efficiency of support processes that we provide.

**What problems is Web Tracks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Web Tracks solves internal support issues by consolidating ticketing and functional assignments in an easily governable website. task management processes. It makes work and coming up with effective ways through which technicians will efficiently and effectively solve user complaints much easier.
