We could use the output files to integrate into our Accounting system, and then it accepted files in return to save us from manual work. **What do you dislike about Web EDI?** Ultimately the reason we moved off of Web EDI was because we upgraded our Accounting software to another platform and it was easier to integrate that with another platform. **What problems is Web EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Truly with the amount of transactions that we did each day with each customer, Web EDI provided an automated platform to perform those transactions without human intervention. ### 2. Smart phones, tablets, etc. that don't allow Flash are unable to view the site. This is a problem when I'm on the road without my laptop or in a location that doesn't have WiFi. **Recommendations to others considering Web EDI:** I've been using Web EDI.com for almost 16 years. The product is very easy to use and their customer service team is very professional and responsive to the needs of their clients. In my opinion, WebEDI is the best solution to your EDI needs. My recommendation is that you stop looking elsewhere and choose WebEDI.com. **What problems is Web EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?** 95% of my customers utilize EDI as the means for transmitting their orders and for receiving invoices. The data is transmitted instantly, so my customer can receive their invoice the same day the product delivers which means I can get paid faster.
