**What do you like best about Switchboard?**

I love being able to create a custom layout in order to track incoming calls, which support staff are currently on a call, and calls waiting in the queue.

**What do you dislike about Switchboard?**

I don't quite like how the UI is not intuitive, and it's hard to know the exact names of the widgets just by looking at them.

**Recommendations to others considering Switchboard:**

It's great to help manage support queues to ensure proper staffing at appropriate times during business hours.

**What problems is Switchboard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows our team to track when we have the most calls, when we are missing calls, and when we might need more support staff to be on the phones.
