What problems is Wayleadr solving and how is that benefiting you?

In a hybrid working environment, there is flexibility when I need to visit the office. I typically have my core days for going to the office and Wayleader provides cadence and visibility of my allocated spots 4 weeks in advance. If I need to go into the office on an AdHoc basis, I can check availability the morning I want to go and if someone has released a space or I have applied for one, I can snap it up or have a space allocated to me. What do you like best about Wayleadr?

We have been using Wayleadr for more than 6 months and it has literally changed the process in which we allocate parking for our company. From the installation, with great help from their support to the rollout of the application has been a pleasure. The app is easy to use and can be used on a mobile or laptop device. It synchronises with single sign on so there is not another password we need to remember. The application automatically assigns people their parking bays each week based on certain criteria. If you know you are not in the office on a particular day, you release the bay and the app will then give your parking to another person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Wayleadr?

This app has really streamlined the process for booking parking at my workplace, you know in advance if you have a spot and it is also flexible enough to book a space last minute if plans change. It was also very straighforward to set up my access and I have never had booking issues or log in issues and I have been using this app for 2+ years Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Wayleadr?

It's probably the most fair distribution of the parking spots I could think of. It usually provides me a spot, but even when not, it does it in a very positive way. It's good to know even being declined at first doesn't mean I'm out of luck.

I like how it naturally tries to reduce the number of needed spaces (carpooling done smart!). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The instant booking on the day could be a little faster. It should be actions I could easily do while driving (big buttons,please!).

The buttons that open gates are quite small and could be larger. Same with parking instructions - eg. as I arrive to the parking all i need is 'open gate' + parking number. Not dates, calendars etc.
