Apart from the product being amazing; the customer service rep I had, Lucia Matuskova, was phenomenal. I was in the process of upgrading from the basic plan to the pro plan and had to disable my warmup, and as soon as I upgraded, my inbox wouldn't turn back on. So I message Customer Service and within 30 seconds I was connected to Lucia and she guided me through re-connecting my inbox...(it was a silly mistake from my end); she then provided me with some tips to make sure my emails would be up and running asap..

Prior to using them, I was having significant issues with deliverability and open rates for my newsletter and email communications.
