After I explained our customer journey, their team helped set up the integration. Now my team can manage everything within our existing CRM, so no additional training was needed. **What do you dislike about WappBiz?** This is probably a minor issue, but I feel the way each section is positioned on the dashboard could be more intuitive. I shared this feedback with their team, and they told me it’s already something they’re working on, so I’m waiting to see the update. **What problems is WappBiz solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problem my company was facing was that our sales team used individual WhatsApp numbers to communicate with clients, which created a complete blind spot when it came to making strategic decisions.
