**What do you like best about Volo?**

Once you get your head around how the system works (it's not that complicated, and support staff is always helpful) the software is faultless and covers pretty much everything you would want, from listing products on multiple channels, automatic stock management, to customers service and orders fulfilment like printing labels, invoicing, tax reports, integrating with various shipping providers and more.

**What do you dislike about Volo?**

The customer support ticketing system could be improved to provide estimated response times and more frequent ticket updates.

**What problems is Volo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Listing products on multiple channels, automatic stock and price management.
