**What do you like best about Voiceflow?**

What I like best about Voiceflow is how easy it makes building conversational flows, even if you’re not deeply technical. I used it for a client project where we needed to design a simple chatbot flow, and the visual builder really helped me map everything clearly. Instead of writing complex code, I could just drag, connect, and organize the conversation step by step. It made it easier to explain the flow to my client as well, because everything was visible and structured. Testing the conversation inside the platform also saved time, since I could quickly see where changes were needed. For client work, that clarity and flexibility made a big difference.

**What do you dislike about Voiceflow?**

One thing I found slightly challenging with Voiceflow was the learning curve in the beginning. Even though the interface is visual, understanding how different blocks connect and how logic works took me some time, especially when handling conditions and variables for a client project. Also, when making small changes in a bigger flow, sometimes I had to go back and double check multiple steps to make sure nothing broke. It’s manageable, but it can feel a bit overwhelming if the project grows larger. Apart from that, my experience has been good, but improving simplicity for more complex flows would make it even better.

**What problems is Voiceflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Voiceflow, whenever a client asked for a chatbot or conversational experience, the biggest challenge was turning ideas into something structured. Explaining conversation logic in documents or WhatsApp chats was confusing. There was no clear way to show how the user would move from one message to another, especially when conditions or different user responses were involved. Voiceflow solved that problem for me. It gave me a visual space where I could properly map out the full conversation step by step. Instead of imagining how the bot would respond, I could actually build the flow and test it in real time. This made client discussions much easier. I could share the structure, walk them through the logic, and make changes on the spot. Another issue earlier was dependency on developers. For small or mid level chatbot projects, I didn’t always want to involve heavy coding at the early stage. With Voiceflow, I was able to design and test the main flow myself before handing anything over for final integration. That saved both time and back & forth communication.It also helped me think more clearly. When you visually see the paths, user inputs, and conditions, you start noticing gaps or weak points in the conversation. That improved the quality of the final result I delivered to my client. For me, Voiceflow reduces confusion, saves development time, and makes client collaboration smoother. **What do you like best about Voiceflow?**

I love the no code building they offer. 

Each step/action has its own features which make the build so much more intuitive. For example the amount of things you can do with just the agent step alone is astounding. 

I found connecting apps and functions was incredibly easy to undersatnd and figure out. For those more difficult implementations they have Tico and  great documentation.. 

That being said. If your still having issues, the devs host weekly office hours and are more than willing to help. I have no code experience and was still able to utilize webhooks and api calls without issue. 

I started using the platform in January and have made it a key piece of my tech stack since.

**What do you dislike about Voiceflow?**

The only thing I personally dislike about VF is that im a canadian company (so are they) but i need to pay my subscription in USD.. other than that i have no issues.

**What problems is Voiceflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are redefinfing the Chatbot fad that has been around for years instead of just having a glorified contact form they allow custom builds that provide humanlike interactions (you can even ad delays yo messages to make them sound more humanlike)

**What do you like best about Voiceflow?**

What I appreciate most about Voiceflow is its user-friendly design and the wide range of options it offers for customizing your AI agent. The platform allows me to design, prototype, and test conversational flows without any need for coding, making it accessible for both technical and non-technical users. I created an agent for my team to help our audience learn more about us, and the process was very easy and straightforward, all without writing a single line of code. Although I am a programmer and coding is not an issue for me, I like that this approach opens the door for anyone to try it out. The drag-and-drop interface is especially clean, allowing me to clearly visualize how my chatbot will interact with users at each step. I also value the integration features, such as the ability to connect APIs and manage variables with ease.

**What do you dislike about Voiceflow?**

I wish the free trial period were a bit longer, as it currently lasts less than 14 days. I also think the premium prices could be more affordable, which would make it easier for new startups to use this service. Additionally, I found the integration between the knowledge base and the agent somewhat challenging, at least in my experience, so I would have appreciated more detailed instructions.

What I like best about Voiceflow is how incredibly intuitive and flexible it is! The visual flow builder makes it so easy to design complex conversational experiences without feeling overwhelmed. I love how I can quickly prototype, test, and deploy both voice and chat assistants all in one place. Plus, the integration options and Function blocks give me the power to connect with APIs and create truly intelligent assistants. It feels like the perfect balance between no-code simplicity and developer-level control — and the team and community support are absolutely amazing!

Honestly, there isn’t much to dislike about Voiceflow — it’s been an amazing platform overall! If I had to pick something, I’d say that sometimes complex projects can take a moment to load, or I’d love to see even more built-in integrations in the future. But these are very minor things compared to how powerful and user-friendly the platform is. The Voiceflow team keeps improving it constantly, so even the small hiccups don’t last long!

**What do you like best about Voiceflow?**

The drag and drop visual interface is the thing I like the most it makes building the complex conversational voice agents very fast and efficient. It has so many options for integrations with different tools for CRMS, e-commerce platforms and apps so that we can easily use it in existing systems.

**What do you dislike about Voiceflow?**

The documentation is not informative , we need to figure out a lot of things ourself before building Agents. And human in loop feature is not there which is very much required.

**What problems is Voiceflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Voiceflow has become our preferred tool for quickly building proof-of-concepts for clients, often within just a few days. We only need one developer to create the conversation flow, rather than a large team, which saves a significant amount of resources. Its capability to integrate with our existing tech stack via APIs allows us to easily connect to CRMs, databases, and third-party services without the need for extensive custom development. This makes our POC demonstrations both more impressive and functional.

**What do you like best about Voiceflow?**

What I love most about Voiceflow is how intuitive and flexible it is.
It allows me to design complex conversational experiences visually, while still having full control through logic, variables, APIs, and JavaScript blocks.
The interface is clean, easy to use, and makes it fast to build and iterate on chatbot projects for clients, even large ones.
It’s the perfect balance between simplicity and power, making it ideal for both beginners and professionals. And very easy to implement on a website.

**What do you dislike about Voiceflow?**

One thing that’s still missing is the ability to handle more advanced conversation management.
For example, we can’t yet attach or send files inside conversations, or transfer an ongoing chat to another user or agent directly within the interface.
Having a built-in system for team collaboration and conversation transfer would make it even more complete for professional use. Need still the use of meta intégration.

Voiceflow helps me design and deploy conversational agents that automate repetitive customer interactions, from answering FAQs to qualifying leads and booking appointments.

Very easy to create userflows. I like how building a voice agent I can use this for an upsell and a voice agent. The agent step is super powerful but you can also build deterministic flows if needed which is very handy.

**What do you dislike about Voiceflow?**

I wish I was allowed to add the footer text such as "Powered by Valchy.AI" as before this was an option but they removed it and now I can't add this which is a nice way to promote my agency with my client's traffic.

Voice agents for companies being overwhelmed with calls for basic inquiries as well as AI chatbots which usually again solves customer supoprt issues and free's up time as 70% of the questions easily get automated.

**What do you like best about Voiceflow?**

I’ve built dozens chat/voice agents for clients worldwide, and nothing comes close to Voiceflow. it is perfect for all audiences, you can build a simple chatbot in minutes using the "agent step" or "talk/listen steps", BUT you can also go deep with custom JS functions and full API integrations when you need something advanced. What really stands out is the people behind it. The team actually listens, the updates come often, and the community is one of the few online groups that’s genuinely helpful. I started as a beginner just experimenting VoiceFlow, and now I’m building full AI solutions for mid-sized companies, to the point where I could quit my day job and focus completely on this, that wouldn’t have happened without VoiceFlow. There are workarounds, but ideally this can be simplified.

I think it has more customization ability like we can add our own code and add a lot new features like forms, file uploads and many other custom things using there custom actions. Another thing that I love is there documentation because everything is well defined and we can get all the resources like example code structures and apis easily.

First is it doesn't have a direct integration with social channels like WhatsApp & Instagram and second is there new credits charging system which gets quite confusing when calculating or predicting the amount credits used

**What do you like best about Voiceflow?**

Voiceflow is incredibly valuable and easy to use. It provides alot of finctionality to accomodate for creating chatbots, and it solves the problem of answering calls and chat messages effectively. This functionality has greatly benefited me by allowing me to communicate with far more customers than I could before. Additionally, I appreciate the powerful feature of sub-workflows, which include the capability of automating the referral of customers to real human agents when necessary. This feature is incredibly useful as it enhances customer interaction processes. I also love the new integrations introduced this year, which have been a significant help in expanding the platform's capabilities. Moreover, the availability of comprehensive tutorials for most features on the platform and a great supportive community across multiple channels make learning and using Voiceflow much easier. The system's simplicity and robust community support are aspects that would likely bring me back to use Voiceflow repeatedly.

**What do you dislike about Voiceflow?**

I found the initial setup of Voiceflow to be a little difficult due to some steps that weren't immediately clear. While there is a helpful community on YouTube, I'd prefer more integrated guidance or support to ease the onboarding process. Additionally, I would appreciate if the integrations were easier to access and if more integrations were available. I believe this is one of the few areas where Voiceflow could improve, as they have made significant changes earlier this year.

I have been using Voiceflow for two years mainly for creating chatbots for my clients. I discovered Voiceflow through LinkedIn and YouTube, and it appeared as a nice solution, which proved to be a good choice for me. I appreciate that Voiceflow is a low or no-code solution that allows me to focus more on the business aspects rather than worrying about technical issues. Setting up Voiceflow was very easy, and their great customer support is a real asset—they respond to queries in just a few minutes. Additionally, there’s a supportive Discord community with lots of information on using Voiceflow. The platform effectively addresses my business problems by offering tools that allow me to focus on my clients' needs, particularly the development of chatbots. I also find it beneficial that Voiceflow integrates well with my custom solutions, such as software built using Python and .NET platform, making it a great product for me. I value that Voiceflow is continuously improving its solutions, especially in chatbot development, which I consider the best on the market currently.

I don't like the current quality of the voice solution in Voiceflow. It's not as good as other platforms like VAPI or Blend AI, which makes it less appealing to use. If the voice capabilities were on par with these alternatives, I would be more inclined to use it consistently. Currently, my focus remains on using Voiceflow predominantly for chatbots, as it excels in that area compared to its voice solution.

What I appreciate most is how easy it is to use, along with the strong community support behind it. People are always willing to help each other out, which creates a welcoming atmosphere, especially within the Discord community.

**What do you dislike about Voiceflow?**

I find it a bit expensive, and extracting information from it isn't the easiest process. It would be much more convenient if you could connect it directly through something like an MCP and easily export all the chats, rather than having to deal with APIs and other complicated steps. Ideally, I wish I could link it to a platform like Airtable or something similar, so all the chats would automatically transfer and be ready to use elsewhere. As an agency, I can't give clients direct access to my account, but I would really appreciate a way to push the chats somewhere they can view them more easily, without having to set up complex automations, make scenarios, or use APIs and HTTP requests.

**What problems is Voiceflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm helping some companies significantly reduce the number of questions and general inquiries they receive. The bot manages bookings and various other tasks, effectively cutting the time spent on these activities in half. Now, they no longer need to respond to every email themselves, as the bot is able to handle most of these interactions on its own.

Voiceflow has completely transformed how I design and deploy conversational AI for clients. The prototyping and templating features are real game changers — they make it incredibly fast to iterate, reuse, and scale projects.

**What do you like best about Voiceflow?**

I have been using Voiceflow for over five years and find the platform excellent for developing omnichannel AI agents, especially for chatbots, phone bots, and WhatsApp chatbots. I particularly appreciate the user guidance of Voiceflow, which I find to be the simplest I know, which is especially useful when creating phone bots and chatbots. The platform is very intuitive and easy to use, which I believe is one of its greatest strengths. I am impressed that Voiceflow always stays up to date and regularly releases new features, thereby continuously improving the application and maintaining high user-friendliness. One of the most useful features of Voiceflow is the ability to be used on different platforms, whether it be phone, chat, or as an API interface. Additionally, we often use Voiceflow in combination with 'Make', and the continuous expansion with new features is a key reason why I will continue to use Voiceflow.

I find it unfortunate that it is actually not legally usable for Europe because they do not have server locations in the EU, even though Europe is one of the largest markets in the world and there is huge potential here. They should urgently do something about this so that users from the EU can also use it in compliance with the law.

I find the connectivity options of Voiceflow very good, such as the integration with Leveln Labs. It offers connections that allow me to relatively easily embed Voiceflow into a website, which I find very positive. What I also find very good is that Voiceflow has a chatbot in the hotline that answers questions and, in combination with ChatGPT, has helped me understand the product better. Furthermore, the prompting in Voiceflow works fantastically well, which greatly helps me to accomplish my tasks effectively. These features support me in developing innovative telephone AIs that I create for my clients.

**What do you dislike about Voiceflow?**

I find it unfortunate that Voiceflow does not offer variables to integrate the chatbot on the homepage in a way other than just in the bottom right corner. Another issue is the lack of direct integration with Stripe, which would be highly interesting for billing via tokens, especially for customers who want to sell their expertise through chatbots. It would also be great if there were more integration options. Additionally, Voiceflow is not exactly cheap compared to the competition, although it is still within the affordable range.

I am a User of several Sites where i run in to so many frustrated moments with Chat bots or sometimes even with Real agents, For which i wanted Our customers to not Feel the same way. Our customers are contacting us for finance related Inquiries. They are already in Debt and are in need of Help.  We have launched the Chat Bot, AI Agent using Voice Flow. 

the Developers have put a great work into it, using previously Collected data from Customer Satisfactions surveys, feedback on our websites, and on our calls, chats and emails. They created a Data base with all the answers that our cx were not able to get and loaded them in Voice Flow AI Agent, we did a Test and 95% of the questions we asked on the phone call or Chats / email were answered correctly with Correct article shared. 

Since then we have this In place, our human interaction with our customers have decreased and that time is not being used on other areas of improvements we have in this small company. Our cx satisfactions also great.

Sometimes our cx complain the latency issue, but it could be due to the location of the cx or latency of the internet. We have not seen any issue yet

Our Spanish contact Traffic is now being Differentiated from English contacts Traffic. 
Customer satisfaction after getting the correct answers, based on the key work cx mentions. 
Spanish customers are greeted by a Spanish IVR BOT, or Chat Bot in Spanish.

**What do you like best about Voiceflow?**

The recent feature update, which adds MCP and direct integration with a range of apps, has been a real lifesaver. These additions have allowed us to create more robust systems than before.

**What do you dislike about Voiceflow?**

Unfortunately we need third-party apps to deploy chatbots on IG/FB/WhatsApp - this can be annoying to set up.

**What problems is Voiceflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Voiceflow for client projects, and we've deployed AI systems that support entire workflows to recommending product. The overall benefit is we have saved time for businesses and created efficiences.

**What do you like best about Voiceflow?**

I really like that you can make your build as complex as you want. You are even able to use the API to create a custom UI or integrate Voiceflow to your app. For people who want quick wins, Voiceflow is easy to use and implement.

It still requires additional tools to access certain features. Also, there is still no option to be fully GDPR compliant.

Voiceflow enables me to assist businesses in addressing their challenges.

I really appreciate how seamless it is to create the agent. The process requires very little coding, which makes it much more accessible.

The limited number of direct integrations can sometimes present challenges.

Our agent will be making outbound calls to re-engage leads and present direct solutions to customers before their calls are escalated to a human representative.

Voiceflow is a strong platform for designing and building AI assistants without heavy engineering effort. The interface is intuitive, making it easy to map out conversational flows and quickly test ideas. It’s especially useful for teams who need to collaborate, prototype, and iterate fast. Using the canvas simultaneously is a big plus.

**What do you like best about Voiceflow?**

Voiceflow is a great platform that allows us at Cisco to be more innovative and creative at a time when AI and other automation becoming table stakes. 

We see the "Low-Code, No-code" chatbot development platform as a key differentitor in the indeation of new solutions for Cisco operations and internal workflows.  The solution was brought in to support for non-technical, business users while being able to address the need for full-stack development engineers and developers.  The ability to use Voiceflow for prototyping and POCs within the business provide the insight to test user stories and conversational workflow designs to guarantee a positive user experience. 

We also see Voiceflow as a educational platform to support conversational design training and development for those seeking to upskill their skillsets with AI developmnent capabilties.

**What do you dislike about Voiceflow?**

At this moment, we do not see any downside with Voiceflow based on the way they offer their solution.  An area that is a challenge is the ongoing updates and new capabilties they introduce.  It can be difficult to determine how to apply the new features to existing apps or how to leverage the new features in the development of a new solutions...no fault of their own.  This is a challenge for any business enabling AI solutions.

There’s not much to dislike! If anything, I would like to see more advanced integrations, with Amazon Connect and automation features to expand the platform’s capabilities. But overall, Voiceflow is an excellent tool that continues to improve.

Voiceflow is solving the challenge of designing and deploying conversational AI experiences efficiently. It is eliminating the need for complex coding, allowing our team to collaborate seamlessly and bring ideas to life faster without any engineering limitation. We used to spend months trying to get an intent prioritarized internally with the engeenering team and now as the interface is low-code we can do it by ourselves. The platform’s flexibility and premium support make it an invaluable system for our customer solutions team to design and create excellent conversational workflows.
