the ease of use and customer support which always there to resolve our issue, there is a support engineer name shivam choudhary who really helps me through all the problems which occured.Kudos to Shivam and Vodafone Mobile device management team!!.

Some commands take time to complete and make it run.

It solves us for the Remote assistance and deploy software in large scale with perfection.

Keep track and manage your mobile device fleet anytime and anywhere.

**What do you dislike about Vodafone Mobile Device Management?**

Some fields should have an explainer, it would be good for new users, else have a good tehnical guy for implementing the MDM and ask VDF for the manual 😊

Strict app launcher and setings blocking

Good features on the compliance, policies and reporting. Also the real time alerts are extremely useful. Good customer support.

**What do you dislike about Vodafone Mobile Device Management?**

Not that intuitive to set up, sort of a steep learning curve.

**What problems is Vodafone Mobile Device Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monitoring and compliance for the fleet of devices, both company issued but also BYOD.
